It is not a bad pose, But we need the options below:
1. Slowly insert the hand
2. Slowly remove the hand
That way the action could start with insertion and end with removal

A slow insertion would seem like a very good idea in this pose, I'd say that part is important in this pose.
Not sure I'd like to fist someone irl, I like having my nails long and that wouldn't be very good in this pose.

I had a girl who wanted to try fisting and the secrt is patience, go easy and slow at first and DOD NOT insert your whole hands imidiatley, 3 fingers first, then 4, then wait for it to strecth a bit then slowly start to insert your hand in. mhmm... what can I say? This is as kinky as kinky can get for me. Being a young mother of two, yes... having a child (or in my case two) before attempting this is something worth considering IRL, but only if your partner doesn't have hands any larger than maybe a macintosh apple.
