Hi, Achat was working fine for about 7 days, then yesterday when i tried to start the program the auto updater started and downloaded the update. Now when i try to launch Achat nothing happens, and about 30secs later a message shows up saying that there is no internet connection. My internet connection is working and the problem started with the update.

For the past 2 days, I have tried to load AChat and it only gets to 78%.  Then an error message shows up stating that AChat.exe has encountered a problem & needs to close.  It occurs from early morning until the evening...for maybe like 10 hours.  Later in the day I am finally able to get into the program & "play" with the girls.

Anyone else having this problem?  I'm seriously considering becoming a Premium user but not if this is a regular occurrence.

Well, it's now almost 10 PM here in the States & I have been unable to get past 78% download of AChat for the whole day.
What's the problem?

Well, it was working fine for 3 days & now I'm having the same problem again.  Now it stops loading at 50% & will load no further.

Can I please get some communication here from someone that can help me fix this?

mine stops at 22% with send/don't send error..

now i got this one..
and yes, i just log off from an online game.. (Lineage)
my firewall is ok.. internet connection is direct to the internet..

Regarding the "78% issue" : please report your hardware details, especially video card type & video memory size.

Have not had this problem at all for the past week or so.  Maybe it fixed itself...or you guys fixed it on your end?

i have the same problem now =( (after updating graphic dirver)

achat.exe error ->
AppName: achat.exe    AppVer: 0.0.0.0    ModName: d3dx9_29.dll
ModVer: 9.11.519.0    Offset: 000b98ef

EDIT: working now - dont know why O.o

Today I cannot enter in AChat, when I start loading the program, it arrives until 75% and then i get an error message on AChat exe, and it closes...i tried to fix the registry problems on my pc but the result is always the same, can U help me to find the solution?

Hi,

in 1-2 days we will upload a new full client, installing this will solve the load crash problem. Till then I can recommend only to try to restart AChat or the computer, restarting the program often solves the problem.
