please give us more details about your problem. In the character editor you don't see yourself? In the partner search you don't see other ones?
Can you make a screenshot?

Rab,

This has happened to me a few times.  You can not see the person's small picture to the left of their name in Partner Search, & they are also not visible at all to the right, the whole body picture.

If you can't see the small picture on the left, it's probably just because the member didn't take any picture. But it's true that sometimes, you just can't see the character. You see the beach, and that's all. It's empty... But maybe it's just that this " invisible " member moved his character off the screen in his character editor...

Yes, if the user doesn't take a photo from herself, then in the partner search there will be empty icon and empty 3d-character...
But we check also the "invisible member" issue further.
