cant reply to messages

When anyone send me message I cant type text as reply and cant reply even I am logged in.
The chat on left corner works ok, only the message window that pops up in middle of screen is passive.
So I do recieve message popups  but cant respond to it even I am logged in.

if you click "Reply" is the name of this person you wanna answer shown in the chat window on left corner? Then you type your message and after that a new window opens?
I will send you a message (LuvCoddler) just try to answer.
