I don't know why but I can't upgrade the client. It says that it is impossible to extract the files. I'd be grateful if someone could tell me what I have to do to fix this problem.

Hi Simon,

most problmes were solved after doing this:
- Did you restart your computer?
- Did you delete and re-install the AChat-client?
- Did you enable your firewall?

Good luck,
Lover

Are you running 64bit windows?  I found the upgrade did not work on 64bit, but was ok on 32bit.

i don't know if this fault has been fixed

I've been running and updating to all versions running Windows 7 64 bit without a hitch, so I wouldn't say that's where the problem lies.

You didn't mention if you uninstalled and reinstalled. When I was getting an error message after it finished loading that's what fixed it. I even removed the original download and did a fresh download when I reinstalled, but I'm paranoid like that.  Wink
