The trouble with the male receiving anal poses is that there is a sort of preconception that it's somehow wrong or bad for the guy to want it. Still it could be made MF or even MM, but since it's hard to know what the true call for it would be before it was released the Development Team would be left having to gamble on it.

Not arguing that so much as saying that at least here they can have people stating whether or not they want a certain type of pose. Making this usable by men would be done without even that. They would be gambling that enough guys would buy it to make it worthwhile in the face of the guys are at least SAYING they don't like receiving anally.
