Every January 10th since 2002, people worldwide have been enjoying a no-pants subway ride.

I urge that all Achat residents make January 10th an official no-pants day. No skirts as well.

Whether you want to wear panties or underwear is your decision!

Who you ride, and where, is your choice also. But it would be nice to ride or be ridden by someone that day, don't you think?
