“Tomoeko” continued Terms of Service Violations

“Tomoeko” “Julie_M” and “qtPenny” (Sisterhood of Geisha) Terms of Service Violations going ignored by Achat Support

the entire principle of there organization they call “Sisterhood of Geisha” is founded upon Terms of Service Violating to put fear into new players to make the “Sisterhood of Geisha” look like the only “Safe Base” of Achat by use of Terms of Service Violations as follows:-
harasses or advocates harassment of another person
involves the transmission of “junk mail”, “chain letters,” or unsolicited mass mailing or “spamming”
promotes information that you know is false, misleading
Victimizes, harasses, degrades, or intimidates an individual or group of individuals
Claiming that you(other people that are against them) are not over the age of 18

AND ANOTHER Terms of Service violation by “Tomoeko” just moments ago = The accusing of player “xZ0DiACx” of “R****g children”, how does “Tomoeko” know, shes got him blocked and xZ0DiACx has not been here on Achat long enough to room anyone due to family and business matters, and she provides no context/proof aka Slander, a Terms of Service Violation

Tomoeko is forever Slandering many of people, Terms of Service violation of “harasses or advocates harassment of another person” “obscene, defamatory or libelous” the entire foundation of “Tomoeko’s” group called “The sisterhood of Geisha” is based upon: “harasses or advocates FURTHER harassment of another person(s)” with the method of “Cohesion” Tomoeko doesn’t ask people to do things based upon there free will, Tomoeko DEMANDS with use of “Cohesion” with statements like “do not let me down, do it for the sisters” “obscene, defamatory or libelous” and “promotes information that you know is false, misleading” information that Tomoeko pushes has been long LONG ago proven amongst the community to be “Malicious intent” to control and abuse masses of people, manly the new people unknowing of Achat and Tomoeko and her intent, Tomoeko sucks people into her “group” that can only be described as a “Narcissistic Cult”(to give tomoeko a sense of self worth) by use of all the above, Tomoeko false-fully slandering, making Achat to be a dangerous place so people recoil from the game or join her “cult”(for the pride/honour of Tomoeko) ALL at the expense of Achats reputation and financial loss.. paying Achat customers are talking of and leaving Achat, because of this drama day in day out, and its been reported to support a few times and it remains ignored. its sad to see i hope Achat investigates this as its THE biggest problem on Achat

i have already done as advised, but the TOS violations continue, a lot of slander, harassment and advocates FURTHER harassment of another person(s).
There has been further TOS violations by the said name above witnessed by many others i think 15 witnesses to one of the few most recent episodes of abuse to 2 players.

a witnesses is stating that user names Tomoeko and Julie_M have asked them(i don’t not have permission to mention there name, but they likely may comment on this forum soon) that they are asked by Tomoeko and Julie_M to Slander another player that is ex Achat Wife/Spouse of Tomoeko, “Destroy” this said person the words used by Tomoeko and Julie_M, i am sure the use of saying “Destroy” someone is a TOS violation in its self. “be a snake for us” alone those like said offenders used, and more.

there are so many witnesses and growing often and witnesses are telling that they are forwarding screenshots over to support, proving TOS violations time after time, but there is no action taken and its not like these players are contributing much money to Achat profits, they are actually a big financial loss to Achat due to the burden upon the peace of the game, people really are sick and tired of there Slandering nonsense its like sharing a room with a group of children.

many people have placed “all the offenders on ignore” and all that does is nothing, it winds them up more and people hear the nonsense and it causes mass fall outs and spreads like wild fire, there still causing a lot of trouble on block and we can not take the time to warn new people that enter Achat they do not always believe us and a few new accounts we feel are the offenders just applying pressure to us so we stop warning people of them, all the above still ongoing and people report it to support with proof as requested but no action, its best admin and moderators come and look at the state of the place, its becoming a nightmare, again, its like a kids club most days, i often enter Achat only to hear another TOS violation episode has kicked off.

it would be a great benefit to the players and Achat finances that the offending names are removed fast. and if so they will come back as Alternative accounts as many many people feel they are already here with other low level accounts causing trouble and slandering, TOS violations, we can not keep up or have time to fill out reports people don’t come to Achat to be the Achat police they say. there needs to also be live in game active moderators and admins with “delete account” buttons and “all seeing eyes” to monitor users view and chat, it would take moments for admins to see the abusers and get them out of Achat and stop financial loss to Achat, but it takes a lot of time and effort for the public to police Achat for Achat with these methods and we can not always convince Achat that there is a problem so its persists to the points of good paying customers leaving Achat because of these people, many people i know this time last year almost all gone and i hear from them why. because of the offending names above, mainly Tomoeko and this “Sisterhood of Geisha” childish nonsense
