As the stories of contest  6 -  “Medieval “  are posted and the poll is opened for voting, I wanted to start discussing a new Theme for the next contest 7.  I suggest to gather ideas for Contest  7,  then make a poll and the theme  with the most votes, will be the theme for the contest. 

It may seem early to start such a discussion, but,  to ensure that 3 Story Contests a year can be organised, it is imperative that members get an opportunity to discuss, vote and be involved with the contest’s every step of the way.   

Open for theme suggestions   MONDAY  3 FEBRUARY  2014  to  FRIDAY  28 FEBRUARY  2014.     Poll Open    SATURDAY  1 MARCH  2014  TILL  MONDAY 31 MARCH 2014

So without further ado,  Please could I have  suggestions for the next  Erotic Story Contest  7

All  ideas would be greatly appreciated    ;D

The following themes have already been covered in previous contests :-
1 -  New Years Resolution
2 -  In The Summer
3 -  Time Travel
4 -  First Time
5 -  Public Event
6 -  Medieval

As in line with TOS ( Terms of Service )  no themes will be accepted involving bestiality or anything under --- age.

as i know there are a lot of people on achat that likes to make love to more then one partner at the same time, i would go for the GROUP theme, counting 3 and more, as long as it's more then 2

C'mon guys we can be more inventive then this! Enough with the typical. Lets think outside the box. Superhero theme! You could be Cockman or WonderPussy, who fight against crime one orgasm at a time. Or just be typical superhero's who fight crime, but simply have an insatiable appetite for sex.

I actually like Martin's suggestion of group play (even though group play seems like a general concept that can be easily implemented in any theme) I wouldn't mind having to find creative ways to include it, within a story.

Also, Tango's suggestion of space is a very much welcomed, just with my added caveat of being set in the future. I'm always up for some cyberpunk/space fun.

After this, i want to trow in again a sci-fy theme: space or cyber world......it's the same!

I've been toying with an abstract scheme for thinking about role-playing scenarios:

One important dimension I've found is Active/Passive. Which partner(s) are driving the action towards its conclusion, and which are being driven. Both partners can be passive, of course, driven by some external cause towards a sexual encounter.

So that's my suggestion, stories in which all the participants are passive agents, driven by external circumstances or agency towards a sexual union.

I had to do that in 8th Grade.  The teacher gave us each a different picture cut from a magazine and said " treat it like it was the cover of our book, So write a story around it."  It was OK.

Ideas for the new themes is now closed.

Ideas collected -

1  Cheating / Infidelity -   That forbidden encounter and the naughty thrill....
2. Group / Orgy -  A drunken party, a ritual or swingers meet. The choice is endless.
3. Work -  office / Boss, co worker, business trip...
4. Free theme -  Any story you wish to write about anything you want to.  No under  age or  bestiality.
5. War time - Past , Present , future, out of this world , war or battle
6. Wintertime - A seasonal story of snow and ice or bitter cold.
7. One night stand / Blind Dates  -  A moment of madness or a treasure for a lifestyle to look back on.
8. Uniform - Army /   Navy / Air Force / Police /   Nurse - As long as a uniform is on the character it counts
9.  Superhero theme - comic book hero or reluctant Samaritan.
10.  Travel and Destination = Camping trip / Boating adventure / Stranded Island /Aeroplane / Outer space...
11 Picture theme -  The pic of a guy sitting on a bench, looking out to sea. A story of the why he got there.
12. Passive Agents - A story of circumstance or unknown forces deciding the fate of a naughty encounter.

I think the choice is quite good.  I have voted  Wintertime because any of the categories could fit into that, just add snow or icy temperatures.

Grinning,   I never had any doubts my friend and it may mean I get an extra story too...  now that is something to celebrate.

Take a look  at the above themes, see if you can feel what HB feels, that little seed that grows and grows till you are itching to write and then vote for your favourite them.

Ok guys ..  I cant have a joint winner here.   One it will make  my poor poster guy sweat  and I need to look after him for doing such a stirling job.

and 2  -   As Contest Manager  I can flex my muscles.

I shall contemplate and maybe flip a coin if need be.

If any of you want to argue for either of the themes, "Cheating / Infidelity" OR  "Travel / Destination",  please post here  saying

I think the theme for Erotic Story Contest 7 should be ......   because .....

I think the theme for  Erotic Contest 7 should be   Cheating and Infidelity  because  the theme inspires naughty fantasies of forbidden lust and tantalises the fear of being caught.  It allows for fantasies to be set free ,  ( Names changed of course to protect the innocent and guilty pleasures ).
Plus  we had a time travel theme  not so long back and also a summer vacation theme.
I like the idea of something completely new again.

My vote is with Cheating and Infidelity.

I think that having a secret rendezvous with a someone you love or with someone you have just meat lets you live out your fantasies with out the need to change names to protect the innocent.

I think time traveling/destination would be more creative. I can imagine writing about having sex with Cleopatra and then jumping through time to have sex with Mona Lisa. You can get silly with it. In terms of what's more erotic, cheating and infidelity, would be the way to go. Granted anyone can make anything hot, provided they are good writers, but infidelity/cheating is easier to work with. All that bottled up, sexual tension for someone just out of reach, and danger that comes with cheating automatically just makes it more stimulating.

However I vote Time Travel, because I like Bill & Ted's Awesome Adventure. Sorry guys.

Brandy know i wasn't so up with the cheating part of your suggestion, Andrea, and the reason is now clear to everyone who had answer to the thread openend by Susan after we close a certain thread. but......here is a but.......we have a tie in the poll, so i think it's not right to choose one theme and discharge the other, so let's go with both and any one who wan to join can freely choose one! of course, when they send it to Brandy, have to specify the one chosen.

3 is not really an option HB,  I want a clear theme for the poster. The losing one can be put forward as a suggestion for Contest 8.  I also would like the Contest to be kept free and neutral from any outside negative influences.
Any kind of association with  any topics, good or bad, is purely co-incidental and should not be associated with the  story contest.

I  will not allow nor condone  The Contest to get political or drawn into disputes or negative situations here, the game or The Square.
It is a fun contest for our writers to show what a wonderful imagination they have and for readers to enjoy their naughty imaginations and story telling.

It is and will remain neutral.

End of subject. 

Please  guys write your views on themes options 1 or 2.  I am still interested in why you think I should select  either.

But since the "rule" says there can be only one theme, I agree with the idea that the "losing one" this time should be the next contest's theme. They are both so in lead, that they would come as winners again in a next poll. Work done for 2 contests. Point.
All we want is to read nice stories, whatever the theme.

Personnaly I don't like cheaters either. So my vote would go to travel if you need one more.

May the most exciting and nice story win!!  :)

ok....let's make this simple nd close this sort of "fake poll": Cheating / Infidelity was on top from the begin till 1 or 2 days ago, so we will go with this and next time with "Travel /  Destination". For me, the thing is closed here

Seems  the themes  cant be separated even now.

Ok looks like Adraste's  silver coin will decide.

Heads = Travel / Destination  which  will be  changed to  Journey as it incorporates both words and sufficiently describes the essence of that theme.  Stories can include the actual journey ( travel )  or the fact you have journeyed to the final destination and the story can include the place you have arrived at.  I do not wish to use the word travel due to a previously named theme in Contest 3 - Time Travel. 

Tails =  Cheating / Infidelity.   This will be changed to  Cheat.  This is so it can open up the theme to include infidelity amongst other things

1 :  to deprive of something valuable by the use of deceit or fraud
2:  to influence or lead by deceit, trick, or artifice
3:  to elude or thwart by or as if by outwitting <cheat death>
4:  to practice fraud or trickery
5 :  to violate rules dishonestly <cheat at cards> <cheating on a test>
6 :  to be sexually unfaithful —usually used with on <was cheating on his spouse / partner>
7:  to position oneself defensively near a particular area in anticipation of a play in that area <the shortstop was cheating toward second base>

Hopefully that will silence any critics of 6  and yet allow 6 to be wrote about if wished.


Heads = Journey.
Tails  =  Cheat.

I will flip the Silver Coin of Destiny in due course.

The new Theme  for Contest 7 will be   JOURNEY

Stories can include the  Travel and Destination theme  such as a Camping trip,  Boating adventure ,  Stranded Island, Aeroplanes  or other transports, Outer space or maybe a personal journey into self discovery.
As long as a journey going somewhere or the end of a journey is included it will count.

That's a shame as I always value authors efforts in the contest.   

I hope once you look at the theme in more detail,  you may just rise to the challenge, be inspired and may think of a way of incorporating a  theme you liked in a journey somehow.

There is always a way to tinker with an idea and watch it grow.

Stories can include the combined “travel and destination” theme such as a Camping trip, Boating adventure, Stranded Island story,  Aeroplanes or other Transports, Outer space or maybe a personal journey into self discovery.
As long as a journey going somewhere or the end of a journey is included it will count.


If in doubt, ask the CONTEST MANAGER, who’s decision is final  :)


Something from AChat must be incorporated in to each story, to emphasise the connection with the game, and to recognise the Achat Gods  for sponsoring the contest. As before, there will be an entry period with a deadline, and then a voting period with a deadline as well.

1. Please do not break regulations or laws when submitting your story.  Refer to Achat's Terms of Service -

2. In the story, the central theme and something from Achat must be incorporated. The theme “JOURNEY” MUST BE INCLUDED ,   the link to Achat must be based on a room, background or outfit, and  easily & recognisably described. THEREFORE DESCRIPTION HERE IS ESSENTIAL.  It is not enough to just include one or more of the sexual poses.

3. The length of the story must not exceed 2 posts. 1 post allows 20,000 characters. That includes spaces as well.  Approx 6000 words, is the upper limit per story. 

4. Only one story per contestant.

5.  The story has to be original, that is written by yourself or joint co-writers and not copied from elsewhere.  It must not have been published elsewhere previously, either here or on another site.
For those who do publish stories on other sites, please could I ask you to refrain from publishing your contest stories until voting is concluded and winners and authors are announced in the contest it is part of.  It will protect the integrity of the voting process and from disqualifying the story in question.

6. To submit your entry, please PM ( Personal Message in Forum )  your story to the Contest Manager:  Brandybee.  When the story has been received, you will receive a message confirming the entry. Posting a story on Forum by yourself, WILL disqualify you from the contest.  Once your story has been posted to the Contest Manager - it cannot be changed or altered in any way - this is your Contest entry in its entirety.

7. Due to fairness of voting, contestants should not unduly influence voters, in any way,  in their decision to vote for their favourite story ,  or to disclose they are the author of their story prior to votes  being cast...  Thank you. This could result in your story being disqualified.

Well,   the time is here once again for the launch of the voting for The Erotic Contest Story  -

The stories for Erotic Contest 7 –  JOURNEY  are now published.

I have  10  stories that have been entered in the Erotic Story Contest. Thank you all so much for entering.

 May I personally thank each and every one of you for your help and support for making Erotic Story Contest 7 the success it is. Thank you to mrsexlover for the poster, he created to launch this contest. 

Thank You to  ALL the authors who decided to compete, the ones who tried to beat the deadline but real life issues intervened- it happens ( BUT, I will get you next time  ) – and all of you who will take the time to read and vote for your favourite story, another Big Thank You.

Every vote is important, it shows the authors you really do care for their efforts and that their stories are very much appreciated.

All of the stories are unique and fantastic in their own right. Each is an achievement in their own right.  So Thank You on my behalf and that of Forum for entering the Erotic Story Contest 7.

There are a mix of authors as usual,  but there are some who have overcome difficulties  to meet the contest dead line, that are never actually  publicised  and I feel should be recognised and commended , even if anonymously to protect confidentiality.

There are our none native English speakers -  To write a story in a second language and to put it up for a contest  against Native English Speakers is an achievement in itself.  I know, I could never accomplish such a feat or even have the confidence to then put it up for a vote and critique.

So, as Contest Manager – I would like to commend each and every one of you. You have my utmost respect and admiration.  Well Done You.

You all know who you are, and I extend a personal Thank you to you, for your support and courageous efforts.

I must say i'm pleasently surprised to see we have 10 stories at last......surely, i was hoping to have more (i'd like to see this contest growing!)  but we can satisfed with what we get.

We have lot of one page stories, who is nice for the not naturally english reader cause i makes it easy to read them all! what can i say more....ahh, yes......i know there is someone who don't had make it in time, and i'm sorry for it, as there are possible future writers in the square who will join the next contest.....or trust me, you must face the angry BB!  :P

The new theme seems quite exiting -  Cheating and Infidelity.   I hope it inspires some naughty fantasies that I can read in December.
