Footjobs are showing up as options in some poses .... I doubt you'll see one just created specifically for it since it is a rather specifc fetish pose and not likely capable of generating sufficient renevnue  by itself. I waoul encourage you to voice your wants unthe pose revamps secion in Creative Ideas. This migh make it into borader updates as an option when they do occur.

it depend of her orientation , many dont have footjob poses
