Stayed in a cheep BB for the night, Come morning 7:00 Driver sign in 8:00 car to scrutinering 8:45 car to ready station

9:00 onto the track for rolling start for 1 hour race with 3 drivers Bob, Dave and ME :) 24 starters 22 finisher started 10th on the grid NOT TO BAD for the cars first race

Finish 7th in the race :) well happy with that
3rd in class only beaten in class by a Ferrari 328 GTO (2rd) and a Porsche 911 Carrera GT not bad for and old 944 porsche

Well done Tango, that's a good race and a nice report.
You know i do love to watch racing, never missing a F1 race if it's up to me, but other type's of racing i like too.

I love watching F1 and most of all football/soccer. Like reading, playing cards and doing sports - running and some exercises for the upper body/back.

for me the only thing i do outside of the different chat games i play is well of course the ZOO seems to be the only place i hang at which btw I got to see a chick hatch out today and another one is in the process at this very moment :) will take a few hours and then another new born chick.

way to go Tango :) i too like F-1 and indycar racing and im lucky enough to live near 3 big tracks that host pro driving events, and having a relative who works for Ford racing marketing really helps getting into the hospitality tents set up by the big teams ;)

WELCOME TO OULTON PACK
I leave my house at 5:30am Friday morning with my team mate Dave and go hock up the trailer.
Then the hour drive up to London to pick up the third member of team 44 Bob
Dave then drive up to Birmingham to pick up the Posche from the tuning shop, Getting it back on the trails 10:00am
I drive from Birmingham to Oulton Park get there at 11:30 am
We unload the car and go and sign on for the afternoon of free practice Bob takes the car out first just to do a few laps to test the car is running OK and then Dave is out learning the track as its the first time Dave and myself have run at Oulton Park. Dave's out for 15 laps then its my turn the first couple of laps are slow feeling my way around. then picking up the pace over the next 10 laps I come into the pitts and we refuel and let the car cool down. Then Dave is back out when Dave is on lap 8 the RED FLAGS go out to stop close the track. 45 minutes latter then I'm out again and now with use both now knowing where the track goes we call it at day

We pack up and head off to the Bed and Breakfast

SATURDAY MORNING BACK AT OULTON PARK
6:30 alarm goes off and into the shower race suit on and down for breakfast Bob and Dave join me and we all eat
Arrive back at the circuit for 7:30 and check the car ready for scrutinering which it passes :)
Then we'er ready for 30 minutes of quillifying 10 minutes each
Quilifying Starts 9:30
Bob's out first and gets down to 2:08
then Dave's out and does 2:12
then Me and I get a 2:10
We quillifyed in 12th so not to bad as there are 22 starters. The heaven's open and it starts to rain and rain and rain so its going to be a wet race
our race isn't till 15:00 so we have lots of time to set around and get so bored. In the dry spots I go check out the other cars in the race

RACE TIME SATURDAY AFTERNOON
Bob starts the race and makes up 5 place's in the 20 minutes his out
Then its Dave out for his 20 minutes and makes up a place
Then it's my turn and I make up a place
We Finish 5th overall and second in class . So very happy at the end of the race the car is still in on peace and better then the last race

Stray there is lots of room in the back of them as they only have one seat and there is a nice roll cage to bend you over in the back :o

My car is the White Posche 944 car number 44 Yeah jayc and the sound they make at full throttle is out of this world that big old V8 rumble you hear them coming before you see them :)

I Spent my day today at a Dutch Aribase, visiting the exhibition days of the Royal Dutch Airforce. This was the first of two days, the next is tomorrow, that the airforce displays it's equipment to the public, in a static and a flying show. They also invite other airforces to join these days. So it was a very full program with flying during the day from 9 in the morning till 5 in the afternoon.

As most of you had seen, i think it's barely clear i like to draw, read manga and watching anime (yes, you can call me child! ::)) and i'd model kit. About this last thing, the only bad point is i don't had ever do many things.....i have some project started but never complete! sigh! i'd really like do work on them and show you something....who, know, maybe one day..... ;)

Outside of ACHAT, I GAME and I...(surprise) Write non-sexual stories. ::) I was a big Jedi Academy fan and I am in a clan. I wrote a Star Wars story for myself and for my clan. This is the first story I have ever written and it started over 3 years ago... still not finished, and I am editing it now, for format though, not content.

I love to read, playing cards, sudoku and watching football/soccer and Formula 1. I like running/jogging and doing body exercises. Sometimes I'm doing some coaching with people and also am leader of an union of settlers. Whenever possible, I listen to music and like to party and dance.
I have done a lot of work in my house (and still havemore ideas to chnage something...lol) and beside this all I'm working.

Well some of my hobbies might be (a bit) noticeable. :)
I am passionate about advertising, marketing and sales, which are part of my profissional life. I enjoy meeting new people that might add something new to my life (new cultures, knowledge, etc.).
I love to create Art in general, Achat clothing in particular. :)
I enjoy photography, particularly Classy, Sensual, Artistic Nudes, etc. (love when an image says more than a thousand words)
I enjoy reading a good book and let the imagination flow (wish I had more time to read though...)
I love sports (especially collective ones - the only exception is jogging, which I (try) to do every day). Played volleyball for several years and miss it.
I love Music, to play and to listen to it.
I enjoy being with my friends... dating... :D

I was wondering....how many here are into realizing scale models!? i know, this is a pricy hobby if you do ti seriously and you are trying to obtein high quality models, then there are peoples who are able to make one for scratch (based on real model or not).

mmmh beach... I don't get the chance to see a lot of them. Since 10 years i prefer to go snowboarding in the winter in the French Alps. It's a choice to make due to the costs.
As i worked for 12 years in casinos, I pretty much also spent my spare time playing live texas hold'em poker too. Off from work and spent my nights playing. After 5 years of intensive playing i thought it'd be better to stop...I was getting a bit too addicted lol
Otherwise I don't live too far from Spa Francorchamps circuit (most of us know from F1 and 24 hours races), and a friend of mine always works there during the races, so he can slide me in for free when I want to see a race. Letting my ear drums tickle from the sound of a F1 taking the "raidillon" at full speed is sooo amazing! :p
There are also many rallies in the region, so when i can, I go and enjoy some beers on the border of a nice turn or jump and watch the cars passing by wildly.
At home I read a bit, watch many documentaries of all kinds, and game a lot on the web. I often am or the leader of my teams or an officer, so I take the time to take care and motivate the team members.
Earlier I also made a lot of RPG games with friends and even developped a whole world to play in based on whitewolf game rules. (Stories, places, creatures, powers, aso...) But now finding people who have enough time to RPG is quite hard.

Well, outside Achat, I peruse my interest in the study comparative linguistics as well as natural history. I also enjoy going for walks. I also on occasion do work as an English teacher although I only really do spoken, not written, and more often then not I don't accept money for it.

that kinda reminded me of when i went home for christmas tango. we had to try different routes to get back to the house after going to relatives cause they blocked major roads that were being flooded over.

To answer the question, appart Achat, I enjoyed:
- Dancing , especially latin dance like salsa, bachata, kizomba and tango. Nothing beter than feeling the connection with a nice ladies in your arms, dancing and communicating through the music and dance
- Play badminton with friend, a good way to release the stress of the day
also sometimes a bit of swimming, riding bicycle...
