Hiya's...

   First, I want to thank the Dev team and everyone involved in bringing us the Bunny Ears and Tail.  It really made my day when I saw that they were available.  I was dancing like the girl below my posts.


   But, as a true consumer, I am never satisfied.  Now I want shoes.  Not just any shoes... I want those cute, sexy boudoir shoes that you've all seen in those sexy movies and magazines.  Shoes like these:

   So here is a challenge to all you creative designers out there.  You have all shown remarkable talent in developing fashion creations that everyone wants.  Now I would like to see someone create some shoes.  The ones in the above pictures are the ones I want, but I would also enjoy being able to select other styles too. 

   You ladies all know... you can't have too many pairs of shoes.

I have almost all of shoes that are available here, except a few pairs that only comes with some complete outfits that I don't really want. :P

I would also like cute mules like those, maybe black with a pink tassel to go with my bunny outfit. :P

Hiya's...

   As far as boudoir clothing, I've always had a soft spot for the older fashions from the '30's, '40's & 50's, especially the negligees.  I don't know why, it's probably because those are the movies I watched on television as I was growing up.  I think (just my opinion) that the fashions of those times were so sexy, without being as "in your face" like some of today's fashions can be.  As it was pointed out in a discussion I had last night, those fashions had a promise of naughtiness once the boudoir's doors were closed.  I own several negligees that I love to wear on those special occasions.

Oh, you meant shoes like that, they would definitely be good with the more sporty outfits as well as the casual ones. Though I have to admit I like to wear prettier shoes whenever I can. :P

Irl I wouldn't use shoes like these much at all, unless I'd be dressing up for the bedroom ::). But then I don't wear shoes indoors, don't think that there are many that do in Sweden really. I kinda find that it's dirty and damaging for the floors and carpets... and I guess that you're feet might get very smelly as well. ::)

But in AChat I like to have some sexy shoes on. :P

Hiya's...

   Oh yes Adera!  I like those too.  My main point about the boudoir shoes is that when it's time to get more intimate in the boudoir, you can just kick them off.  I was raised to not wear shoes in bed... or on any of the furniture.  Also, like you, during the summer months I'm usually barefooted, but there are times when I want to try and WOW my man and the shoes just complete the outfit.

   I found these, which to me are sexy, have a higher heel and don't look like those shoes.... and you can still kick them off... but I'd rather have fur than lace.

Hello shoeaholics,

I also would like to see a specific kind of shoes in my wardrobe here. I like those classical transparent heels that are often worn by strippers and would pay almost every price to have them available in AChat.

I posted also some exemplary photos of the high heels I have in mind. I am sure they would look pretty hot in combination with nylons and painted toes.

They could also be offered with different coloured soles and with or without a plateau.

Any other forum users that like those kind of heels?

   I moved this reply to here, because this is a better place for shoes.  My question concerned the editing of textures, so I thought it appropriate to post it where i did.   Heaven forbid I that I make anymore posts go off topic.

   I have considered changing my name here, only it can not be done without losing everything.  I wouldn't choose Imelda, although I do admire her shoe collection.  I have 78 pairs of shoes and boots and it doesn't even come close to what she had.  If I could change my name, it would be to Mrs. Nora Batty, then I would want wrinkly stockings.

ROFLMAO   SOOOOOOOOO FUNNY.    Nora Batty was a charachter in a classic  British comedy about a trio of old men - Compo, Norman and Foggy & their exploits . It was called "Last of the summer wine"   Compo was in love and lust with Nora who was an old lovable battleaxe and would spurn his advances and threaten him with her broom. She was also famous for her wrinkly stockings.

 Actually if Compo saw Nora in Pafe's boudoir shoes he'd have a heart attack and die a happy happy man . And they would go so well with her brown wrinkly stockings   :D

Hiya's...

   Oh Bluedenim, I'm not offended in the least bit.  I know you were only having a bit of fun.  When I was a young girl, my parents offered me the chance to change my name.  I was supposed to be named Paula, but when they were filling out the birth certificate, someone had scribbly writing and mis-interperted the "ula" as "fe".  I told them no... that I loved my name.  That's how Pafe came to be.  So if I could change my username it would be to Mrs. Nora Batty... or Edie Pegden.  Mrs. Emma Peel would also be a choice, she was so sexy and cool.

   I do envy Imelda Marcos' shoe collection which is reported to be around 3,000 shoes.  :)

   Brandybee, I love Last of the Summer Wine.  We get it here on Public Television on Saturday nights... we call them Britcoms lol.  Nora Batty is one of my favorite characters her and Edie Pegden.  Actually I love all the characters on that show.  They are so funny and get into such mischief, they never fail to make me laugh.

What i am missing, is ideas for male shoes as well.. Like some nice cowboy boots, or chique italian leather shoes. *giggles* dutch wooden shoes.. ;)

I hope that, when the first design from independents are in the shops, we will get more access to templates and ca start create other things, like jewelry, boots, belts, etc...

Now that the warm weather is here in the U.S. I would like to see flip flops or sandals of some sort for the men.  I don't know how they would work for the ladies with their feet in that permanent cramp from wearing those heels.

And I'm with you TightFit74, I also had the hots for Mrs. Peel from the Avengers.  Her name is actually a play on words.  Mrs. Emma Peel as in Male Appeal or M. Appeal.

Not all women appreciate the guys flashing their packages ... besides I like to keep a bit of mystery here..

If someone wants to see the goods they will just have to bare with it..

all add the flip flops to the cause next week...

Unfortuneately it's an option the women probably won't see...rewriting the female poses for a flat footed shoe would be a serious design effort...I think you will need to live with the heeled options.

Sorry to say, but we can never have shoes whitout heel.......even whitout shoes  feet posture in like you are wearing them!

plus, as i said in another topic, there is another "bug" about feet: if i meet a girl wearing boots whit high platform boots and i have normall one, i'm floating in the air. it's hard to notice it, but i have done it.
So, Bear, forget about flip flops! i hope i never had to see them.....they will look ridicoolus!

Flip flops might work for the men only... as you noted the posture of the women deem this ... (and not my style hentai' I do this as a an offer to others... they are impractical footwear in the things i do, except for the time on the lake water skiing)

I know HB, that''s why I am hinting to the A-team, they should include a uv-map to base boots/shoes/etc. on.. There are so many more maps we would.. One for a kilt would be great.. Or a map for ties, belts.. etc. The wishlist is long... Maybe worth a seperate thread?

HB, I know Keiko created this one and have worked with it. I'd also like to have the uv map the a-team works with, since that was specifically created for that purpose. Keiko's map is a cut out from the shirt-map and if used incorrectly, shows the collar of the shirt too.. Besides, more maps means more options and designs ;D

unclear in my words, my silent expression of hope was, we would get access to all uv-maps that are used in the game (I expect there will be a lot)
What should be realised is, that for boudoir shoes, we'd need a seperate uv map. This has to do with the 3 dimensions. The mule has a flattened surface and doesn't allow anything to 'stick out', putting the bunny tale on top of it would make the tail flat. For instance: a bowler hat couldn't be created on the uv-map of a cowboy hat.

The designers would love to get their hands on more uv-maps, so we can design things that you are requesting. But since this adventure has only been at the start of the journey, I think they will take their time before they will release more maps.

Patience has always been the keyword for ACaht and requested developments..

   Thank you for your explaination, Tight...  I can see now that the designing process is a lot more complicated than I thought.  Which makes me even more amazed at all the things that have been created in AChat.  Maybe once all the designer's fashions have been offered for sale in the shop, and proven successful, then maybe they will release more of the uv-maps to you.

Question for TightFit --- With the feet of the female avatars fitted for shoes with heels, wouldn't it be imposible to have flat shoes like flip-flops, without having a complete revamp of the feet to a flat profile?   I mean look at a bare avatar, they look like there on tip-toes.   I think this would be a  monumental task to offer two different styles of feet for the avatars.  I just hope that there are more shoes coming, with the available foot type, for those that want different types.  And who doesnt want more shoes, and dresses, and pants, and stockings, .........  etc.

I'm not an expert on the matter, but the avatars are made to meet at a certain height. the girl is, like most girls are, not as tall as the male avatar. But to make certain poses possible (standing from behind, etc.) she needed to be raised.

If she was to stand on flat shoes, or just bare feet touching the floor, she would be smaller and it would reprogramming of a lot of poses. All poses where she stands. The game would need to load either of two possibilities, to accompany her choice of shoes. I think that would be a huge task and would dramatically slow gameplay. In 3somes it would mean an even bigger effort.

The only possibility I see, is to play with the body length of the female avatar, but that would limit the choices. Either a tall ava with flat soes nly, or a shorter avatar that tip toes around on bare feet..

If anyone else can add or have contrary ideas.. :)

If we had the right maps availablwe, I am sure we could get close to either examples of Pafe or Christinak. Though an exact map would be better, Jeanona showed that it's possible to make a furry texture. It might not look as fluffy as the boudoir shoes in the pics, but close enough hopefully to meet ms Pafe's desire..

If only we had those maps... *sigh*

I've tried to do few shoes and boots without good results... boots models have a problem, they have not fingers, so we can't make opened boots..

shoes are too detailed and we have not possibility of personalize a lot (due to the details of the 3d model).
We can't add the bunny tail, because it would be flattened and, with the model u've choosen, we can't also position textures out of the 3d model of it.
