Title: Failed to login AChat

Hi guys!

am still new here .. but i had a difficulty in login to achat...

can anyone tell me how to solve this problem? since it keeps on appear wrong id or password but when i try to login through the website it work just fine  ???

Hi EayazEleyn

you can use the support-button in top line and tell them which email they should send the answer to.

But usually it's just a problem with AChat and your comp:
- Restart your comp
- Stop firewall and anti-virus software and restart AChat. Make sure, no other programs are running (skype in your browser eg)
