Title: Suddenly My Username and Password is not correct

I dont know whats happening here. in afternoon i logged in with same details, which i kept remembered in game and now i can not enter the game its saying my username and password is wrong But i  havent changed anything

can anyone help and tell me whats going on

Have you told someone else your credentials, or does have or had anybody else  access to your pc?

Make sure Achat is accepted for your firewall and antivirus software. Can you login to your account on website?

she can log in game now but her forum id/pass is incorrect and her one month premium ended on 18/03/2017 which she bought on 10/03/2017.
