Title: Using the FAQ
Post by: Lover on March 30, 2012, 03:01:27 PM
In this board you find some of the most asked questions. Look at the topics to get a fast answer to your question. Of course it's not complete - it never will be. I add new questions and answer as soon as they come up.

If you don't find the answer to your question, you can use this topic http://www.funnyadultgamesplay.com/forum/index.php/topic,364.msg27960.html#new to post it. Usually you get an answer in very short time.

You are not very well in english? Then look here http://www.funnyadultgamesplay.com/forum/index.php/board,19.0.html
It's a board for non-english speaker. You find people offering their help in other languages. Feel free to ask them in your language.

Don't be afraid to ask. We don't bite :) And remember: There are no silly questions.

You have to take a pic when in room with your camera or make a screenshot (perhaps there are more ways to do). Then you can use this pic as your profile pic. But you have to pay for it (real money, not money you have got as a gift).

To make a screenshot press "Alt" + "Prt" (sometimes its called prtsc or something like this). Also you can use "CTRL" + "p"

As a free programm you also can use "snipper".

Rukya... after you had used it you have to open "paint" and paste it there. You only see it's copied after you pasted it.

I made a hotmail and yahoo account that I have been using years ago they have both locked out because they doing some seruity check. This was after I Sign up for CCBill. So, the only way to unlock my hotmail account is by getting in to my yahoo and the only way to unlock my yahoo account is by getting into my hotmail. The subscripstion number is on my yahoo account and it is impossible for me to get it. Is there away that AChat can cancel it for me. Cause I have lost all control. I am losing $15 pounds every month I need it to stop chagring me. It's goign to charge me again in '2' Days and I simply don't have the money for it. I have tried to conctact CCBill but they are not based in UK so that is a bit of a problem for me. I have tried everything.. I.. I.. I don't know what to do..

We need to know what problem you are trying to solve. Are you trying to restablish your yahoo and  hotmail accounts?   Try uninstalling both and then installing them again.  This may then enable you to  get access to your accounts again or  if not to contact their Support to report the problems and obtain new passwords.

if you are being auto billed for Achat,  contact Support here on the top bar and cancel your monthly subscription for Achat.

hope this helps  ;)

Hi Trey,

It seems to me, what Jayc has said makes sense.  Let us know how you get on, in case others have a similar problem.

If it doesnt work, maybe we can brainstorm again.

Thanks.

1. Contact support, explain your reason for stopping membership and ask them to cancel it.
2. contact yahoo and hotmail (or check their websites). Usually there is a button "forgot password". Follow the instructions.

I'm sorry can't help more at the moment, just using a smartphone. I can help more tomorrow afternoon - feel free to ask me, if your problem isn't fixed.

Trey, you also can use this link https://support.ccbill.com/index.cgi

Before you do, get a new email and tell them, they have to use the new email to answer.

Ti ringrazio.

Sorry, i'm a bit in late.......weekend bring me away of AChat....lol!

ok, basically she's asking how to stop montly fee, so i'll post here the answer

ok, posted......now let's see if she can solve it.

Hello, I do not know if this is the place for this post, But I have not found the place to post this.

Since last night I been trying to have Support reset my password, but for some reason Support has not done it and they have not even made contact with me. So does this game has any type of Support or they just don't care?

Hello Casio, welcome to the forum.
I know its not easy, but be patient and wait one or two days. Sometimes it takes some time. If you dont have an answer until friday, post here again.

It has passed two days since I first requested a password reset. As of today, I still did not even get a simple (courteous) reply to any of the emails I had send, and for sure my password has not been reset yet, so I do not have access to the Client.

When they want to get paid they for sure make sure they do take the money from the bank account as fast as they can and if they do not get the money on time they do cancel the subscription without hesitation.

You mention email.    Try sending your problem and request through   " Support "   here and use their message facility.  Its on the same line above as Forum & the Shop.

Achat Gods then reset your password and send it to the email they have on their records when you joined for security reasons.

Depending how busy they are , it can take up to a week or so.  I usually tell members to send a reminder after 3 days.  They usually reply within that time.

Let us know how you get on.

Yes I stated Email, but what I used was the Support Tab. When you use the Support tab what ever you need help with will be send as email to them.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi there.

I've just done a a search on here about this.  Although I did my own banner I can't remember a few things, so this thread will tell you a few things about how to do it...... or at least where to put the link to your banner, as well as a few other things as well.  You have to scroll down to it, (under FORUM SIGNATURE BANNERS), it's about a third of the page down, or thereabouts.

Been arseing about with it for ages but (sob) to no avail.
Won't someone reach out a helping hand...?
Or at least tell me if it's possible...and if so, how?

Thank you in advance (fingers crossed)

Ok.  Having a bit of trouble ?

First off your banner must be 750 x 90 in size. (Maximum).

You have to use a image uploader such as IMGUR.  That's the one I use.  You can't have your banner just on your hard drive unfortunately.

Then you have to make an account there to upload your banner.

After that is done, click on that image and a list should come up showing links to that particular image.  The first on the list is the image link, this is the one you have to copy.

Goto Profile in this forum and then select Forum Profile Information.  Near the bottom you'll see SIGNATURES. Mine looks like this.

And then at the bottom of the screen on the right hand side click Change profile.  And it should work........... hopefully.

I've also just noticed what you have as your banner.  You've missed the / out on the 2nd img.   The first one is right the second one should  be [/img]

Ok the image above isn't very plain, but if you're using Chrome zoom it up a bit.  Comes up pretty good then.  Hopefully the next time I come on here you'll have a brand new banner showing in all its glory.

If you are still having trouble,  take a look here.  Post 1 has quite good pictorial instructions.

https://www.funnyadultgamesplay.com/forum/index.php/topic,5027.0.html

Your banner must be 750 x 90 in size.

In the above topic is some banners you can use or use for ideas.
If  you want to send your pics to me in PM, I can have a look at making you a banner.
