Dear Members,
I have seen the recent events in the forum and have ofcourse read the accusatory thread about me "stealing" HDSR. I would like the chance to clear the air for all to hear the truth.
The truth is I stole nothing. I was made a leader of the House by Icebox and Amber. I helped them run it, played with slaves, interviewed new ones and assisted the new slaves in the joining process. When Amber left it was without a word, and ofcourse the main HDSR thread is locked by her so I have no way in updating it. Over the past several months since her departure of Achat I continued to direct prospects of our House to that page to read the lore and rules of our House before joining.
Recently, Icebox decided to leave HDSR in favor of beginning his own House. I have not spoken about it, raved about it on here or anything of the sort. I wish him well. But in his abandonment of his House & Slaves, was I supposed to allow the House to crumble? Allow it to dissolve? I know HDSR has a lot of people that dont agree with it for one reason or another, but I have this to say; Not on MY watch. When he decided of his own accord to leave the House, he took those slaves loyal to him and began his new role as head of the House of Dark Passion. They took HDSR's collar off and put his on and I did not complain as he had every right to take whatever slaves decided to join him.
In this regard, I have stolen NOTHING, and think that there was no NEED for a new Name. I am simply continuing to run the House as if Amber were still here, and I edited the rules to reflect the change in Leadership. When I did, I did the adult thing and told Icebox of the changes, and now I'm labeled as a Thief? Of a House HE ABANDONED? I could understand if HE was here, with HDSR still on his profile, saying what I did was theft, the same thing applies to Amber. But it is NOT him. He has raised no objections to my editing of the rules and hierarchy. I have left his name as a FOUNDER along with Amber's, giving credit to BOTH for the establishment of the House. I cannot help that perhaps he has second thoughts about what he did, or that someone who feels he was victimized feels the need to lash out; when really, they were never apart of HDSR to begin with, and has a very colorful HISTORY of bashing Us and other Members. But I digress...
As far as antics in the poker room, well ... people this IS a SEX game. SEX happens in the main chat as well as the poker and play rooms. I cannot help that some dont like it to happen in poker. However, that is THEIR issue, not mine. Until Achat institutes a code of conduct for the poker room, I will do as I please, with WHOM I please. I could never violate someone else's rights to play with a partner the way they choose, WHERE they choose. If it bothers you, leave the room and try to find another. I will say this though, for every "show" Doni & I have, the table is ALWAYS full. No one wants to leave, so whether people admit it or not, it turns them on. Who would have thought?
Everyone has an opinion, and I respect it. However I am NOT a thief. I will not engage in any arguments or fights with anyone, so attacking responses or posts I simply wont reply to. I just want to clear my name. I have long ago put on ignore the people who want to argue with me, and ignore them even when in Poker and dialogue is possible.
HDSR is here to stay. Its not going ANYWHERE and I'm not changing the name of the House. A FORMER OWNER can do nothing after he/she has VOLUNTARILY RELINQUISHED his/her rights! That's just like someone selling a House and telling the new owner what colors to paint it. I appreciate all of the people who have stood up for me, it is not unnoticed. I know a Hater will HATE, a Harasser will HARASS and a Victimizer will VICTIMIZE. I can already imagine the gleefully hateful responses this post will elicit. However, I've said my piece and that's where I'm going to leave it.
Now can we please get back to having SEXY, KINKY, STEAMY fun ?

Dee we all know how you are except those you have fooled ,write your own home post because the only reason you posted such was I said the co owners never gave you permission to reopen it and also you can co own many things even 2 homes

I wont. :) And you aren't. Your profile says you are the leader of Dark Passion now. You sent messages to all of HDSR that u were leaving and forming Dark Passion, and for them to join you if they wanted. How is this not leaving? Its unfortunate that you regret abandoning your slaves and House, but whats done is ...well done Oli. Wish you luck on your new venture.

Sorry love, HDSR is no longer yours. U left it and formed a new House. It seems you have some regrets, and that's sad. But worry about Dark Passion now, as that is the ONLY House you are MASTER of. Adoni is the Master here now, not you. :) :) :)

So here is my take on this whole thing having seen majority of it all go down. My thing is having lead other groups in the past is what kind of OWNER or LEADER leaves his group for over a month now and changes his banner to JUST Master of HOP not a mix of the two and he didn't alternate to allow other people to see he was still a Master of HDSR. Mind you i'm talking about a "leader" here. A house or any other kind of group is a living and breathing thing. If you do NOTHING with that group and make another house and only represent that house what kind of leader are you? You're neglecting your PRIMARY duty of being a leader which is to represent what you created. Even your signature only states HOP. Just like a parent with their child if you leave your child alone you have no right to complain when social services comes.
As far as the poker tables are concerned. Until i'm told by a Mod/GM otherwise i'll still be doing my thing. Stay if you like it or leave if you don't. We're grown ups I think you're capable of it.

Well well well , life is so full of surprises .
For over a month Herr icebox was trying to steal HDSR subs telling them that he left and that he is running his own house now ,but, miracolo miracolo, as soon as Mistress Dee did some nessecary changes in our House , Herr icebox remebers that he never abandoned us and that he still controls it . It would be all so hilarious if he and his bunch of wannabee Mistresses and Masters didnt started a whole defamation campaing against HDSR , Mistress Dee and Master Adoni .Let me make it clear : The only reason why they are posting all those lies and bs for two days now, is hate and a desperate need for attention . They dont care about HDSR , some of them were well known enemies of hdsr and now they are claiming to be the protectors of its name and heritage . Accept the fact guys , good luck with your new house and leave us in peace .

Yes Dee, at the moment nobody can prohibit the things you're doing. It just shows your attitude. Selfish, ignorant and complacent.
Regarding the name of the house, I repeat what I have written in Shezas topic. AChat doesn't have any rules for copyrights, so everyone can use any name. Is it nice to do? That's another question. Maybe you even have the right to use the name, cause the owners have left and you were member of this group.
I would suggest you talk to icebox and you both find a way to fix it. For the peace of all members in both houses.

I agree with you Lover... This problem has to be settled quick.... Dee you may know that "HDSR" is the first house founded in AChat and it has the highest number of members...Most of them are irregulars so only they have not changed to their new banner and once they come here they will follow their real leader. Till now Misstreswhip, hotsabrina, Zillica and me are running our own house with honor maintaining peace with Icebox and it is fair to get your own name and your own people. In past we had our conflict of interest and resolved it as adults. Be an adult and you can be a leader then.

I knew when I posted this thread that more often than not I would receive negative responses. And I was prepared for that. What shocks me though is the behavior of those that really shouldn't be concerned with the welfare/well being of HDSR.
Also with the behavior of you Lover. As a Mod, intended personal insults I thought would be above you & you would maintain an impartiality & respectfulness in the topic at hand. I don't post often in this forum, but when I do, I try to be respectful & cordial while also presenting my opinion and view of things. My posts never need moderated or removed due to being abusive. Even when I'm attacked I don't engage.
You don't know me. You have no idea as to my intelligence level, if I'm selfish or not and I have no idea what you mean by "complacent." If that means that I won't allow others to dictate how and when I play, then you are definitely spot on with your assessment.
Achat is an adult sex game. Period. It's what the client is used for. If the game developers wanted only certain things to happen in the poker room there would be restrictions in place. It's called NUDE poker! It seems to me, the seeming "majority" loves to try to bash & bring down the "minority." It's funny because the so called minority of people that actually have fun with us in the poker chat have no complaints. I've only encountered very FEW that have them, and all complaints have come from those who don't like me and friends of those who don't like me and my House. At the end of the day, none of your opinions matter. I don't hurl insults because it's pointless to do so. I'm an adult & I can express myself intelligently without resorting to name calling or slander.
Just because you don't care for something or a particular type of play, doesn't give you the right to try to dictate to another HOW they should enjoy the game THEY PAY FOR. It doesn't make me a bad, ignorant "ghetto" person either. It makes me a woman who knows what she likes & what she doesn't. Who isn't afraid to have fun or try to get others to have fun too.
This forum has a reputation for being cliquish. I see why. I've never been apart of a crowd so I don't understand that mentality.
But I know this...When You Shine Brightly There Are Always Bound To Be Those Who Say You Are Hurting Their Eyes.

Most of the people who left HDSR for HoP have done so already. They joined Oli in his new house, and I have no complaints. As to me being a Leader, I am a leader as I stayed and helped to keep the House running for the slaves & Mistresses and Doms. All I'm doing is keeping the house going. Imagine Zillica, Whip or Sabrina leaving. And you are the only one left. What kind of Mistress would u be to allow your house to crumble? No one forced Oli to leave. He left on his own with those slaves loyal enough to him to choose to go with him. I sincerely hope you read my initial post and maybe that will clarify things for you.

Really its so easy to take someones work but Lover your right about Dee and her spouse is the same way Help and the main achat has been notified about her and her spouse,Dee is a very creul persom and I will give her credit she can be nice until she feels she can break you ,until now I just thought her cruel and inhumane for things she posted to me along with her address In the poker room telling me to visit and in the same breath it was guns and bulliets, I veiew that as a threaton my person but Dee is just a bag of hot air nothimg more..cudos to all who have posted on how they feel ,I hope 1 day achat will remove this paria where lil homes and people who aren't even envoled in homes are attacked in poker rooms or subjected to rude continual sex were no poker is played because no one can chat or even play real because of their constant folding,......For all that posted your feelings about her I know the truth as even Lover stated. Im Proude of everyone who posted about the real Dee.and most of all Thank You Lover because your bout to receive more texts then you've seen seeing all TOS rule broke

About this discussion:
Dee can keep the name, because there are no rules about copyrights of names of houses. I don't think there is more to discuss.
Regarding poker, there also are no rules how to act. Just a general etiquette, how to behave if there are more people together. Some may enjoy it, some won't. It would be good, if we have an option to "hide" messages - but this has been mentioned in the topic about poker already.

Hmm where to begin with this post? Firstly, Sheza lets tell the whole truth. The entire truth is that this incident you are referring to took place what, 2-3 weeks ago now? And I'm still NOT banned, as you would wish. It would seem achat has a reason in NOT doing that since I have so viciously "THREATENED" your person. Could it be the reason is, that you told me that You had "enough of my mouth" and that you would drive the 500 miles from Alabama, where you are, to Ohio where I live? That you in fact threatened me FIRST with actual PHYSICAL harm? Might I add this isn't the FIRST TIME u threatened me physically but told others a lie regarding it? Whether others believe me or not, I don't care. I have WITNESSES and CHATLOGS to prove it.
When I did in fact provide you with my address and called your bluff, telling you that I could and would DEFEND myself, you tried to ignore what u said and change the subject to something else? I have been a member here for long enough to know that being banned for abusing another member usually happens within 24-48 hours of being reported.
Secondly, How can I TAKE something that was ABANDONED? You and Oli formed your OWN House, so why are you, who has hated HDSR forever...so PREOCCUPIED with what WE are doing ? why doesn't someone ask Icebox whether or not he wants the old house, or whether or not he will willing gave up his claim to it?
I think a lot of this could be put to rest, if Icebox made his intentions clear as to what happens with the House.

Sam, I wish it was that simple. Its not. In our rules as a House if you remove your tag (on the profile) you are basically leaving the House. He sent multiple messages to members of HDSR to tell them the house was dead and that he was forming a NEW House with Sheza, The House of Dark Passion. He never said he was keeping BOTH houses or anything. He just packed up and left with as many members as would go with him. He doesn't even want the house, and it seems he could care less about the members that stayed. Sheza said in poker the house was dead too, but its not. There are still many many members who chose not to leave the House but to remain under the new leaders. To be honest, had it not been for Sheza's original post of accusing me of stealing a House (that was abandoned) this thread wouldn't even exist.

well, I just think It would make life a lot more simple if Icebox could be talked into stating by public notice, that he no longer wants it....that he gives up claim to it or something to that effect and thereby clearing the way for new owners to take over and end all this mess.

And that would be the most logical thing Sam I completely agree with you, but it will never happen. Even when he claims a new house, and ignores HDSR he will never do it. So on this one, I go by actions, because they do speak louder than words.

knows you cant just take a group with same name and high popularity and say I am taking over

also, let it be known that the House of Dark Passion is NOT part of HDSR or any of its branches, and that anything saying otherwise is a lie from shezawolf or one of her little puppets. the reality of the situation is that she manipulated oli into taking part of HDSR, (an act going AGAINST her rules about stealing slaves) and formed this new House of Dark Passion. yet another act of spite meant to cause problems for HDSR. Personally, I think it made HDSR stronger by removing the slaves who lacked loyalty to their TRUE family. in other words, thank you shezawolf, for ridding HDSR of weakness.

Ok, now......I stay quiet for all this time, now l'et's talk.
1 - If really Dee qwas chose to become one of the leader, in my opinion she have all the rights to run the HDSR again, considering the fact that she never leave it as Amber or Icebox have done. Of course, it's clear it's not the same house it was, because, probably, she will run it in a different way! MAy Ice or Amber confirm Dee version!?
2 - The poker room isn't a private space, so please, Dee and Adoni, try to understand the fact that not the users you meet there are interested in your kinky games, so trry to avoid to do them if the majority of them is not from your house
3 - this thread has become very close to a personal attack then a discussion. Please, avoid to clean your dirty personal loundry here and do it using pm! Or contact us mods if in need of help. Thanks!

I knew when I posted this thread that more often than not I would receive negative responses. And I was prepared for that. What shocks me though is the behavior of those that really shouldn't be concerned with the welfare/well being of HDSR.
At the end of the day, none of your opinions matter. I don't hurl insults because it's pointless to do so. I'm an adult & I can express myself intelligently without resorting to name calling or slander.

Personally I could care less about your house or who it belongs to, or whether or not you have the right to use it. Much as I like Dee. Who helped me when I first started here with my looks and just basically chatted. And I'll never forget that DEE !! Although you might have. This has gone WAY out of control.
This poker room invite is wrong in my opinion Dee. Its like you are trying to control it to your own devices. I had such a good time last night in the poker room with friends I know and with ones I didn't. It would have spoilt it if someone showed up and started to act in my opinion Wrongly in public. (And Yes, Yes we know its a Sex Game). A lot of people go into the poker just to chat normally.
This idea of yours would work Dee, if the Devs (Instead of working on Rubbish Poses) allowed us to choose which poker room to go into or to set up a Private Room where you and your friends could do whatever you liked.
I'm sorry if you don't like what I am saying and if you cancel friendship relationship I will understand. But please don't give me any grief if we meet in the poker room. That's if you still remember me.

1 - If really Dee qwas chose to become one of the leader, in my opinion she have all the rights to run the HDSR again, considering the fact that she never leave it as Amber or Icebox have done. Of course, it's clear it's not the same house it was, because, probably, she will run it in a different way! MAy Ice or Amber confirm Dee version!?
2 - The poker room isn't a private space, so please, Dee and Adoni, try to understand the fact that not the users you meet there are interested in your kinky games, so trry to avoid to do them if the majority of them is not from your house
3 - this thread has become very close to a personal attack then a discussion. Please, avoid to clean your dirty personal loundry here and do it using pm! Or contact us mods if in need of help.
Thank you for someone finally seeing what this thread is turning into. HB the proof is right there on the original HDSR thread Amber wrote, and it states EXPLICITLY the role I had in the House. Icebox HIMSELF made me a Leader, Amber merely confirmed his decision. However, I'm not gonna beat a dead horse. All the petty slander, assumptions about my intelligence etc are just proof that regardless of how LOGICAL your points are, that people read what they want and take from it what they want. The simple fact that so much hatred and slander has been written and hurled my way, by people that truly are IRRELEVANT to this situation are kind of funny. I could be stating 2+2=4 and because I'm me, and I'm HDSR then people will ofcourse come out of the wood work and hate.
I'm the petty, small minded bully that began all of this. No. How many times has Icebox and Amber been slandered before by people like Sheza and Woody? IN THE FORUM ? How many times have THEIR posts been modded or removed? How many times have mine? Exactly. My HOUSE was dragged into this arena by someone who just wanted to find a way to pick a fight. I wrote a completely logical piece about why I'm NOT a thief and now this? What's so funny is ICE "defended" his right to this House for all of what, 4 posts? Then he removed them HIMSELF? It clearly shows HB that he really didn't care about this issue to begin with.
Ofcourse HB some people don't like when things happen and they cannot control it. Usually when one tries to control another and make that person CONFORM and its not done, people turn very vicious and ugly because of their own need for control. People dont like INDIVIDUALITY. They don't like people who are "different" because if you are, you are some kind of threat to them and their ideas of the world. This place is no different. People like us, who are not cookie cutters of what and how a person is "supposed" to act are bashed, marginalized and insulted. Make assumptions all you like. Ignore me in Achat. Ignore me here. It doesn't matter. I usually don't speak to most of you anyway. We don't run in the same circles. And I echo what I said previously, I will do what I want, where I want with whom I want. If you don't like it, leave or stay silent. Or make comments, they will be ignored.
As for Zu, differing opinions don't mean that we cant be friends. So no harm no foul. I wont say if you are in poker when I'm there that things wont start to get ...rowdy. But respect my position as well. I know how you feel and what you think but, we are both separate people and we will both do what we want. Until Achat does make differing poker rooms or designate private rooms etc for its members, the poker table is the most social thing we have right now. So I'm going to use it.
Thank you HB for actually attempting to be impartial toward the ACTUAL situation. Not people's hatred or bigotry toward HDSR, BDSM or ME. For weighing what I've said versus the right thing to do. I do wish Amber would come back and say for all to see that she did in fact leave for a hiatus and that I did the best I could to keep the House going. I know Icebox will never admit that he doesn't want HDSR as that will upset Sheza and render all of this HOOPLAH completely unnecessary. Its EASY to stay silent or be apart of a crowd, to jump on a bandwagon to attack a seemingly lone person. What's HARD is to stand up, let your opinions and voice be heard while maintaining your dignity, respect & INDIVIDUALITY. Thank you for all of those people that tried to raise a logical solution, or stood up for me.

Why didnt you posted this a month ago when you created HodP ,why didnt u made it public,here in the forum , so everybody would know .Was it just a mistake ?No , you did not because you didnt gave a shit ,you had said bye to hdsr long time before Mistress Amber left. You told me 3 months back that u were planning to start your own thing , either here or on some other game . Thats why you created your own branch inside HDSR , the VW Clan , as a first step to gather ur loyal subs ,forcing them btw to delete of their lovers lists the members of hdsru (just a branch not a rival house). You didnt lead our house u were working constantly to divide it , to spread misstrust among its members and finally , as a logical consequence you abandoned it.
