dear administrators,

to whoever it concerns:

Please ban user "vikkee" from achat for once. He does nothing but stalking and insulting people. He was reported by dozen of players, nothing happened. He uses various accounts to spread his bullshit.

I encourage every member who had to deal with his bullshit to confirm that he needs to be banned to make sure that people like him cannot destroy this community. Please also add names of other accounts used by that [insert_whatever_here].

I as well as many have been targets of his. Please do something about him as just blocking him isn't working, he just goes and makes another account and the cycle starts all over again.

He names calls things like bitch, fuck you etc... walks right up to you in your personal space & has apparently fucked my mother more times than I care to remember.

Granted at first I laughed but the ongoing abuse is tedious.

Yes, Hes on ignore so you cant hear him. But unfortunately he is still able to stand in your face, blocking your view and disrupting conversations. Its constant and must have happened to me and my friends about 12 times last night.

There should be a facility to ban him from the game or at least from entering the meeting places and poker rooms

If you go to mod in forum all they can do is tell you report it to the support team and we all know how long it takes them to do anything. Don't let him get to you twizt you have good friends in game..

Many of the people that are being upset, by his persistent persueing of them, are long standing, paid up members. Why should they suffer at the hands of an idiot, who is allowed to develop numerous faces, all of which are used to abuse people. I amsure this would amount to mis-use of Achat, which I believe is against the rules.
Whay can`t you do anything Achat?
Or should I say why won`t you do anything?
Here is a suggestion...Why don`t you limit people by IP address? ( 1 character per address) or
Why don`t you limit characters by credit card? (1 character per registered card).
You seem happy to take our money, and even more happy to give free A$ to new members,but never happy to act when a loyal player complains.
Another suggestion....Make the Meeting Places for subscribed members only, except for a couple of hours each day. Then when we have a character like Vikkee appear, we can escape from him.
And another...When you have an ignore button, why don`t you make it so that the ignored person cannot hear his targets conversations.Vikkee listens, and is usually waiting when someone moves to another meeting place or poker.

The man is a serious stalker, and would be deemed a danger in the real world. I, personally, am not enjoying my time here now. I want to see friends in the Meeting Place, but all I see there is a ginger mop running around terrorising unsuspecting newcomers.
I pay for the pleasure of coming here, as do many others. We have supported you for a long time, but enough is enough. I pay my subscription monthly, and as of now, you get no more, unless you sort out this major problem. I will not pay to be abused by a lunatic that you are quite happy to tolerate. There are other sites out there, offering similar things to this site, and I will move on.

I really hope I don`t have to, but if I do, so be it.

Banning by IP address isn`t difficult. Many other sites seem to manage it. Why can`t you?. You have peanty of evidence, and I know that many logs have been saved, which I`m sure you have access.

I AM ONLY ONE PERSON, BUT MANY OTHERS FEEL THE SAME.

GET RID OF VIKKEE, AND MAKE THIS PLACE BETTER

Has the ACHAT team blocked his I.P. address ?

The thing is I've just read online that all you have to do is turn off your router for about 5 minutes and if that doesn't work leave it off over night and your I.P. Address changes, when you turn your router back on. I'm not technical about this. Do I.P. blockers work in another way ? If they have blocked his I.P. address I hope it works. I don't want to lose all my friends here just for one person who think it's fun to mess with them.

We were hanging around in meeting place, and suddenly a user called "administrator" logged on. We went to him, and we had a little chat.

To sum it up:

The administration is aware of the problem, and they are working on it. They try to find a solution, but that needs some time.
Administrator: we keep banning stalkers and working on new solutions to lock them out
Administrator: the problem is he can create new users and banning all of them is not simple yet
Administrator: we need a few days, sorry, there is no immediate solution

He encouraged us to report the accounts and to put them on ignore on sight instead of arguing with them. Since there is no report button in MP, we go on collecting the data here and we will contact support via mail.
Administrator: please report bad users to the support
Administrator: please report to the support till better solution
Administrator: ignore stalkers immediately

We explained that the presence of the stalkers is annoying as well, that it's not only about their talk.
Administrator: I see, we are working on tools which can help
Administrator: and will give the bossibility to you to ban users like this
Administrator: no you will need no moderators you will see how it works in the near future

So, the administration is working on it - for us. Everyone, please don't start fighting with freaks like vikkee. Report them. Post their names here or forward them to us. We will forward it to support and they can take care of it. People like vikkee will not win. And by time we might have options to get rid of them instantly.

Thanks again to everyone who supports us, that includes the moderation and of course the administration of achat.

That means they took care of his accounts, and checked the suspicious ones, which seem to be not involved.
And again the hint that they are working on ways to get rid of people like vikkee easier.

Besides that, when you are on instant, lets say dancing with your babe, you cannot ignore unless you stop your action. That freak made accounts within a minute to return and annoy people. He was terrorizing Lisa for days, until it even effected her health. To not feed and ignore trolls is easy said and of course the right way, yes...but this was far worse than just trolling. As said by others, even including himself, if he would have done this on other platforms, he'd be arrested in the meantime. We pay for being here, enjoying a time beside our real lifes, and we don't want have to deal with such people. What administrator and support are saying about future tools sounds promising though. And they are dealing with the issue.

You all do the same and work together as a team, it will show the plebs... their behaviour is childish and achieves nothing, nothing at all.

The situation was going on for far too long and everyone was getting too wrapped up in it. So some of us tried a different tack.

We communicated with him and told him in no uncertain terms his behaviour was wrong and unacceptable and told him how he should behave. I had a few man to man talks with him, I swore at him and had no holds barred with him with the issues he had.

For whatever reason, he listened and now things have improved. They may not be perfect, but they have improved.

Hopefully they will continue to do so.

No one blew up at Laura and no one is causing any bull for any of you to take.
On the contrary, We tried and I think succeeded mostly in stopping it.

In doing so though, I and my spouse were verbally insulted for trying to keep the peace and show him, how Achat should be enjoyed.

That is hard to take, when actually you are supporting the very people who are attacking you. Still things move on and hopefully we will all enjoy things again.

With any luck, it is all quietening down now and we can all enjoy our time here.

When I saw things or received complaints I spoke to him as did the others to try and resolve it. Mostly it worked. He seemed to listen to us. I'm not saying it was perfect but it improved slowly.
But... I also saw how you and your friends attacked him to without provocation which set the whole thing off again. So of course, I would say to you to stop it too as it was just going to set him off again.

I wasn't rude to you or your friends at all. It was the other way round. I just answered your accusations and attacks. Mostly when you came to me to disturb my peace. I stayed away and still do.

I just wanted a place to enjoy things again. I still do and stay away from the drama.

Personally, I think this topic should be locked down and deleted. If hes not causing trouble anymore, it should be filed and archived or something.
