A friend of mine has recently joined Achat game and paid for a 3 month subscription.
She has found 2 issues.
1. Forum does not recognise her as a premium member and therefore she is unable to register as a member.
2. This ones rather amusing - She put on the free red bra and no matter what she does, its glued on and wont come off. She has removed other items quite successfully.
She has reported both issues to support but I thought i would inform forum members to see if anyone else had the same issues.

Hi. How did t she pay the membership? I think to get in the forum You have to pay it, not buy membership with a$. You need an email-address.

Gwen these issues have long since been resolved, but note, when I paid for subscription I paid normal way with a credit card.
The bra issue was really quite funny and we cried with laughter even though frustrating at first. It took support going in and removing it and ever since I have been paranoid to wear anything but the shelf style bra. I refuse to take risks hahaha

What is going on in Summer? Recently as soon as I begin to load my screen freezes and I need to exit, or I get booted after a few minutes. For well over a year I've not had an issue and now I find it necessary to avoid the room all together. Anyone else experiencing this?

Had the same issues Jessi, and 3 times it's locked my computer...had to restart. I avoid it like the Plague.
I've tried 3 times in the last 20 minutes or so to get into Winter. All I get is frozen (lol) on the "Loading" screen?
Only way I've been able to get off that is Task Manager.

I logged in to Amsterdam the afternoon of the 6th Oct. and found my avatar floating above the canal on the other side of the water from the entry point.
Which was interesting.
Not happened again since. Perhaps a weird random one off?

1600 GMT 14th Nov.
All of the public spaces are just black screens.
The rest of the content in the client seems to be functioning as normal.
I've emailed Support to inform them, as, I'm sure, others have already.

Jess and I cant see or receive chat text and seems no one elses either.
We checked all rooms and seemed to be same issue.
The lobby is fine.
We have reported it to Achat.

I am experiencing same. I notice people clustering as if in talk but I have no idea if anything being said.
I did a full reboot of my system and cleaned out the temp files.
The issue was corrected... (although I was concerned that cold invite I received upon returning to Amsterdam was a sign of trouble...)

Yes, I went offline but the chat had been corrected it by the time I visited again.
So back to normal

Achat has glitches again.
Careful when gifting. In the game it tells you the transaction unsuccessful, yet it has taken and shows the transaction in your account on the web.
Also profile cannot be seen in the public rooms.
I have reported both to Support.
