Janine and Lover you're dumb? The games like Digamour, Virtual Eve, Red Light Center or IMVU, the subscription is permanent, our idea is that all users pay for a permanent subscription, a subscription where users don't need to renew every year. And the gifts were purchased with the credit card. That would over the problem. Now if you want to give your money to developers the problem is all your. Im just defending a good and great idea, and if this problem continued this way too I'll go talk to my girlfriend ask gifts in exchange for sexual favors.

Excuse me, but in Red Light Center you pay a monthly fee (which is at about 20 USD) to have sex (become a VIP). If you get any VIP outfits you will only be able to use these while you are VIP, if you stop paying you'll not have access to those outfits anymore.

To your first question LittleLeo: No, we aren't.
We are ready to pay a fair price for a good product which is continued to become better and better... And gifts I make are payed, e.g. with my credit card. So there is no difference.

Lover, my friend, listen to your own advice as I should have listened to mine. I've spent my time better watching tea steep then I have debating those three.
The good news is that while freeloaders like them will probably always be here the development team understands the service provider/consumer bond and works diligently to honor it.
So, yes their ideas would turn AChat into a poorly rendered mess, if not destroy it completely, but unless the development team both suffers total breaks with reality that's not going to happen. So meh, let them walk their cyber-street corner.
I've found AChat, I like AChat, and I'm going to spend my time and money on AChat... and that pretty much sums it up for me.

Janini' ditto from me
I have to throw my support behind Lover and Kaitleen in this matter. The programs Leou mentioned still have a premium service. The sexual functions especially in other game must be unlocked via VIP membership. No pay, no play…Achat is unique in that function of its premium -nonpremium interaction. The cost factor for a monthly membership is modest, a necessity in supporting the people in their product development.…
Angel81 I agree with you that the appearance and rather increasing numbers of “working girls” is a concern. To blatantly advertise or in its not so subtle “accepting gifts”, should be a concern to the administrators. Core to this problem is the singular script option of the gift giving.
Frankly I like to give a gift in certain circumstances. Having the capacity to express gratitude or appreciation after the fact for another should be a viable option. Achat should consider a separate script for gift giving, creating products unique only to gift script. Might be nice if guys were given the opportunity to be a recipient besides.
I feel the administrators need to dwell over the matter of the working girl mentality before it gets out of hand. Create a specific classification which would accept A$, and replace the friends list with a client list. I do not feel that Achat is being abused in this matter, script at some point has to be paid for, but get these folks out of the general population.

i want to tell one thing... After that "gift" thing appears, achat goes to be a whorehouse... I hate when many girls saying "Girls for free, boys pay for sex.." this is rediculus... Girls for free.. Of course is free, girls not be able to make gifts, only we guys can do... We are not assholes, we know that so dont bother us with messages like that... And of course im talking about the girls who demanding gifts for pleasure... I did MANY gifts here in friends and i really wanted to do that.. But im really getting mad when i see a girl asking money for sex... Feeling like the asshole that paying his subriscption for having some fun, when some "clever" ppl doing that for free.. And that is unfair.. I really starting to hate the gift thing, we must stop paying for sex here, but that is impossible i think.... Angel81, Bouli, Janine... Well spoken, i am with you ..

Billy: A young thing in the context, women are able to gift women. The only limitation lies in men not being able to receive gifts. Just wanted to point that out. I agree with what you're saying other than that, of course.

Actually Billy, the whorehouse mention got me thinking... measuring the quality of a service where there is no physical object produced (like a mechanic) can be suite difficult. So how could one measure the "worth" of an intangible like sex made that much more intangible because it's cybersex? I mean I too have seen the messages like "##A$ to do whatever you want."
My thought was that the Robot Girl will let me do whatever I want, and for free! So what, honestly, differentiates their "service"?

I don't ask to be gifted, /i really don't care if I am. Achat is suppose to be about fun and meeting ppl not turning tricks for fake loot(girls have somekind of pride please).. I just want to have fun and anyone with the comments Gift Me First beneath there avatar gets ignored by me. I don't pay for it in RL and I'm not going to pay for it in virtural. I understand that some ppl have fantasies of being a paid whore but really there are too many of you on the site. I'll be honest I got gifted twice recently and it was a nice surprise but if I could have been able to gift guys, they would have gotten their money back. The designers are not going to stop the A$(lets be real please-thats part of their money making). What they need to do is even the playing field, bet you twenty the chics that ask for money won't like it when the guys demand it also. Oh and there are guys who will offer $As for sex, there way of saying HI, you are sooo going on my ignore list.

I agree about the pride Sinnnn, I can pay my own way
As far as the guys being able to be gifted, I agree that they should be, but that's a whole new topic for me.
Still, the consensus seems to be they are not going away, and you've got the right idea just ignoring them.
