Well it has taken a wee bit of planning and preparation, but other than the new phone books are here... As promised the long awaited announcement of the who, what, where, when and how (maybe why later) of the fundamental principles of the NSPD.
WHO: THe Nymphomania Sex Police Department.
What: Yes, you heard... the Sex police are now here, and we're organised to issue speeding tickets to all those nasty hummers out there who race throught the streets and terrorise the general populace of Nymphomania.
Where: Well, don't you know yet? Nymphomania is decretely nestled over the mountains from Transylvania. They may take a bite out of crime, but we enjoy a good spanking too (we may even give you 10 minutes to stop).
When: Daily...24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The ever vigilant Officers of the Sex Police will do what it takes, even if we end up in our own handcuffs!
How: With Tickets booklets and radar guns, we will boldly step in front of even the most powerful of vibrators (and even a few flacid erections), in the hopes of making the streets of Nymphomania safe.
Why: (Well I did say I'd include a why... at some point, but not today.)

Cathching this perp is going to be the primary responsibility of all officers, but will be the #1 assignment of the Spermicide Detectives.
