Rukya's answer is correct. The 2000A$ you have is money you have got as a gift, am I right?
I'm not sure, but the "X - No payment found" is a hint that you need a subscription, which is bought with real money.
It's the same with ava pic upload. You need real money for this too.

Actually I don't know.
When I changed my account, I was unable to perform gift with my "transferred" money ( from my previous account ) untill I pay for more A$ then I was able again to gift.
But ( except from the creation ) what I make when paying now is buying with Slaved and "Gift" Slavedmind ( my second avatar ) so, only Slaved have A$ from real money, Slavedmind just have gifted money , and she is fully able to gift other peoples.
So I think the system is a bit complex about gifting .

Eve, that means first you had to buy real money with your 2nd account before you have been able to gift. Now you can take gifted money...
So I think you just need once to have real money, afterwards you can use gifted A$.

i'm not sure it's the good topic to post this but...
is it really impossible to gift a male ava ?
my need is only to give him the ability to buy a three days ticket
it's the ava of a friend , she can't pay with real money and i can't pay for her....
the only way would have been to make a gift and.. no way !
did somedy found the answer?
