My original post was submitted in the same manner as other reports requesting action against violations of the Terms of Service. The purpose of the post was to document ongoing behavior over an extended period of time, provide available evidence, and request guidance on how to properly verify and prove the nature of the offense being reported.

In addition, I invited administrators to observe the situation directly, as firsthand observation may be the most effective way to confirm the issue. The intent of the post was to encourage the appropriate use of administrative resources to assess the matter accurately.

However, the post was removed without any explanation or stated reason. The lack of feedback comes across as dismissive and casual, particularly given that the issue involves repeated Terms of Service violations that impact community behavior, in-game atmosphere, and the overall reputation of Achat. If left unaddressed, these issues may also carry potential financial implications due to player dissatisfaction.

I am requesting clarification on why the post was removed and guidance on how to properly submit reports of this nature so that legitimate concerns can be reviewed and addressed effectively.

Admins messaged me by email themselves stating, and i quote:
“Bans are reserved for serious situations, like racist provocation, threats, or encouraging hatred. Please report anything like that so we can take action.”

I’m a bit confused by the response. This message is itself a reply to a report that has already been submitted, yet it asks that “anything like that” be reported so action can be taken. That makes it unclear whether the current report was reviewed and determined not to meet the threshold, or whether it is being treated as though it was not reported at all. I’d appreciate clarification on how this specific report was evaluated.

I, along with other players, followed the guidance provided by administration, specifically: “report anything like that so we can take action.” We have done exactly that. Reports were submitted in the manner described and included available evidence.

However, despite complying with these instructions, my related post was deleted. This appears contradictory to the stated process, as we reported the issue precisely “like that” so action could be taken.

We have clearly communicated that this is a serious situation involving threats and the encouragement of hatred, occurring repeatedly and at scale, associated with the group name “GEISHA.” Due to the volume and ongoing nature of the behavior, proving the full extent of the issue through isolated reports is difficult, which is why broader documentation and administrative observation were recommended.

I am seeking clarification on how reports of this nature should be presented so that serious and large-scale violations can be properly reviewed and addressed.

— even though the entire message is itself a response to a report.

Why this is a problem

It nullifies your report without explicitly saying so.

It creates confusion about whether your report was reviewed, categorized, or dismissed.

It places the burden back on the reporter instead of clarifying the outcome of the current report.

i have just checked my email and there is no given reason from Achat Support why my post was deleted, i think the time to expect a reason has long elapsed so i naturally assume they have just as it simply appears, silenced me and i am not surprised as i think i have clearly shown a handful of screenshots and clips of my .txt file chat log is not sufficient to prove this case and will require a active member of Achat Admin Staff to invest time effort and therefor a paid wage(financial cost to Achat) to come into Achat Game and take a look for themselves with what i assume is just a standard account, it appears that admin do not even have “God Power” or even invisible avatars … as i said before that likely is the reason why my post way deleted, we players pay to play the game not pay to police the community FOR Achat’s pocket, and why i and others feel like this comment is true obviously because there is no effort of Constructive Counter Argument or effort to look into the claim that “Tomoeko” (along with “Julie_M”) ARE actively engaging in Terms of Service violation of “encouraging Hatred” towards myself “Echo4U” and also just to mention a few names also targeted are: “Glacer”, “LindseyHView”, “xZ0DiACx”, “PaulaHotWife”, “StarFire”, Katie_25″, “Mishelle” and all those that are close to the names as mentioned so thats quite a LARGE amount of people that “Tomoeko” (along with “Julie_M”) ARE actively engaging in Terms of Service violation of “encouraging Hatred” towards . if we fail to prove the case then HELP US, the methods you recommend (please take screen shots of the offender/s and copies of your chatlog to “support”) is clearly not working, how can we gather such info when they block us, then unblock us, throw hate and very childish comments then block us, then were told by others even by new players to the game that “Tomoeko” (along with “Julie_M”) are slandering us, most of do not know the Chat Log exists so there not logging, and they do not know how to screenshot the chat or interested in doing so, why should they be there here to play the game not police the place

its fine by me Achat, risk keeping “Tomoeko” (along with “Julie_M”), delete me, silence me, its not my loss its Achats!
all i am doing is rising a concern that Achat should have for there own Reputation, its the talk of Achat that the Admin could not in the slightest care less than they already do about there own game therefor own income and it makes sense, why all this effort i have to put in to just ask someone to come take a look as the reporting methods recommended is CLEARLY not getting our point across to prove the claim, its too complex in this SERIOUS situation … Achat just needs to invest in “god powers” program and observe offenders, or use AI to gather a log and have AI scan that log and give its own opinion based on the Terms of Service like i did with chatGPT … ASK AI to make that program for you, give it your game codes and ask it to make some admin software for you, i bet it will make it for you for near free and doing so saving Achat money and clawing back some of the damaged reputation and if “Tomoeko” (along with “Julie_M”) is removed i dare say Achat Admin reputation will sky rocket with just that action alone because masses of people are really really sick and tired of there dramatic Terms of Service violations “encouraging Hatred”

there “encouraging hatred” and i have expressed that in every message … what will it take to convince this as the methods proposed by Achat Support is CLEARLY not working… do you have any alternative methods?

my apology Vaughan, Moderator. i am typing the mass majority of the above as if i am talking to Achat Support, not to yourself and i assume you can see at what points i am talking to Achat Support (99% of the above)

its spreading like social wild fire that you deleted my Forum posts logging “Tomoeko” and “Julie_M” Terms of Service Violations and requesting help, documenting as many was watching that post with hope that you will help us Achat Support, but now Achat Support Deleted, now there watching this post with disappointment, i recommend looking into this case before you lose more customers and reputation
