      Can you be more specific please? are you push the diskette button?? is that a message that you see?? are you login in first??

        Now that I have it running, I too have the same problem. After trying to save my character, it simply says, System is busy. Please try again. Also my mouse cursor has the spinny green arrows around it constantly. Pressing save again yields the same result.

          You have to wait until the circle becomes arrow. Until then, app is retrieving data and cannot respond to your new request, in your case, saving char.

          If the circle remains too long, then your connection is bad at the given time or the server is overloaded AND we all  facing the same problem too.
