We had this long ago you're right apollo – and I also didn't know it's back. Perhpas it depneds on her name – it's too long for searching!?
We should send this to the A-Team.

From my personal experience, Lover, i can tell you this: if the name is too long, the search button can't find the user you are looking at.

That could be a possibility because trying to type her name in the search filed maxes out before the numbers. But would that make us not be able to chat/invite this person when seeing them in general search results?

the problem is how to make that search…….

if you don't set something, the search button show all the users and, crap!, looking at 4000 face is a loooong work!

And how do we do that when it says they are offline as soon as you IM them? How do we know an offline will work?

I realized that Lover is making posts that have absolutely NOTHING to do with I started this tread about. There is a girl that will show up in the search results, a free user. It lists her as ONLINE (GREEN DOT)…if you message her, the system replies that she is OFFLINE (RED DOT). If you click the “?” button, it shows her as ONLINE again (GREEN DOT)….inviting her gives a message that the user is offline and unable to accept invites.

apollo, are you sure it's not a problem of your installed client!? maybe a bug, dunno!

i think you have to submit a report whit the support button, i don't think we can help you!

edit:
i have try right now to make a research on the member here on the site whit that name and no result. dunno what to think!
