It's possible to change your gender once. If you're already prem, it was right to contact support. If you're still free member, you also can create a new account.

February 20, 2014 at 2:09 pm #135766Unfortunately, it depends how busy they are and staffing levels. If you have not heard anything after 3 days, please send “Support” another reminder. If you have not heard anything after a week, please let us know here and we will chase it up for you., ie one of the Moderators.
If you hear anything in the meantime, please post here too.

about a similar question. Of course, all the clothes you bought in past will probably lost and no refounded will be given to you, but the poses for Male/Shemale will remain.

I’m currently a premium user and was meant to choose shemale, been chasing it up for a couple days now and have received 0 response. I think I may just be extremly impatient or the staff team is just currently busy (If so sorrryyy). because I haven’t received an email of acknowledgment from the support team and it’s been 2 days now.

It is the time of year that people go on holiday. So, if you haven’t had a response in say a week (or just over) send another message to them. Because, I would also like how you get on.
