When you interact with people here or on AChat, you get to see a part of people they might not (readily) show IRL. You're also looking at an avatar, which may be an approximation of their real body, but just as likely can be an approximation of their inner ideal form. Then there's chemistry, which is nothing like personality. Online you may mesh as if you're soulmates, but if the chemistry or spark isn't there it's very likely you won't ever be more then best friends with no benefits at all.
Personally I keep AChat separated from the rest of my life, for the reasons mentioned above and also because your partner may be a great actor that turns out to be a creep you can't get rid of with a bullwhip and pesticide... Anonymity is generally good protection in environments such as AChat and a wise thing to maintain nowadays.

The Xena tv-show really does lend itself well for female-female fantasies. Lucy Lawless has at least 4 different personae, all in different situations and there are a lot if not strong then at least pronounced female characters available to cook up fantasies with.

How about access only for premium members with watching open for all and participating on invite only.
It works a bit like this:
You're a premium AChat member.
You open the list of "public" rooms, choose one and enter.
While lounging on a couch you see a friend (or perhaps two friends) having a good time, there are other couples working up a sweat as well.
You send your friend(s) a request to join them. Both agree and you form a threesome with them.
The voyeurs on the couches/chairs/whatever would be dressed and can perhaps cheer, whistle or applaud and rub themselves over or inside their clothes.
From here the step to a social club where people can go to dance, consume beverages and do drunken things like throwing up, falling over etc. and chat in general (and take someone to the toilets/broom-closet/alley in the back/abandoned office for some quick relief) is relatively small.
