well i have always found norton, mcfee more trouble than they worth, they try n take control of your sytem to much, i use avg free, never had a trojan get into my pc, if i install something new tend to switch it off if its a trusted progam virus programs get confused to much. you can argue i dont know what im talking about, i have been installing pcs for 11yrs am a qualified pc tech. and the first thing i do on any new pc is uninstall norton goto web and install avg. works great with achat. hope this helps ya. just my opinon bound to be others who do not agree lol

Hate to say it but i have had similar bad mouth requests even though i am male, from male and females (males pretending), I just put it down to kids coz i have played online games and thats there natural talking rude abusive. Seen a few females saying they leaving on there messages through idiots.
I call them the fly byers. coz they dont last long in the game, only people who can be nice to each other last in any online community.

If it talks like a female looks like a female has sex like a female why worry its only fantasy lol, i know some females that write your name on there chest just to prove they female n email but they are rare and most ppl dont want there identitys known here. So you can only trust that most your lovers are female or just pretend lol.

The only reason we are even talking about general chat, is that it was removed without one word from admin, and when they did reply to a post a mess and useless was all the input we got back. In the last few days not one word to clarify why? All we said if its technical then we understand but if for other reasons we would rather have it than nothing lol.
And also for it spoiling peoples pms, when you had 2 options, 1 switch it off or 2 open toggle chat history where you get a bigger window and can see pms and general in more detail. worked fine for me.
Other point admin said is other rooms where not used, answer is simple general was where people logged onto, and bonds where not given time to form between people so they would move to other areas.
yes it did not have moderators, or spam control or a list of ppl with gender after them or beeing able to click on a person and pm them from general, but it was a lobby where ppl could get to know each other no matter there differences.
So simply Admin if its Tech problems tell us, or bring it back, we enjoyed it lol

A few ppl reckoned they lost there ignore list after general chat was added, or it could be they all reinstalled as they where trying anything to overcome dcs that also happened then.

well saying it was a mess is not really an explanation, and we will add in the future is not really helpful that could be 2 years away lol.
if its a technical mess then fine we have to wait for the unclear futre, but if its just coz of spam and no control your so wrong, we would rather have mess than no community at all. admin watchin and decideing its a mess is not the same as a player useing it, we made friends found lovers, had a good laugh and discussions in the few days we had it, even helped new ppl. so saying it was useless you are so wrong. and the people who did not like it can switch it off, so bringing it back would make everyone happy.

i find its best just to move on, we make our own rules for the game, like if you have more than one friend you chat to the first who speaks, and tell the others your busy. but with emotions ppl get jealous and delete and ignore you, without reason, its just human nature for some to get possesive, jealous and not even tell you why your deleted, i like a freind to chat with as well as go into a room, not into one night stands even here lol, so i will delete if they dont satify both needs. its sad to loose someone you thought you had a connection with but thats life. move on and stop wondering.

yeah its a mess, without a moderator, but we made friends have a good chat and a laugh and ignore the spam and ppl who dont like it can switch it off, so why remove it?

I have seen caramelcups cut off 3 times tonight, achat really needs to sort this out, whats annoying is on general chat you dont even know they have been cut off, so looks like your just beeing ignored.

well i dont come here to chat to kids, i left online games coz age differences getting worse every year (im getting older for some reason lol), seen 3 non-premium bragging they 14, so i used the misuse button, no hesitation. i wont catch the non braggers, but if i stay away from woman who advertize for gifts then i feel at least im talking mostly to adults.

The only community on achat is the forum, which most new people will never use the actual client is basicly one on one, i have not read all the suggestions, but i think people need education if they gonna stay on achat, Regulars dont like cold invite or asking for A$, to me there is only one solution to this, Achat add a reception where everyone can chat and add moderators from regulars useing a vote system on forum. and if achat will not add a reception, then only other thing we could do is ignore them or pm cold invites n tell them this is a community get to know people first. we are the people who use achat and if the programmers dont do anything better we look after each other.
