I'm still at a loss here. When I try to use Ccbill it says insufficient funds. I checked and I had more than enough, added some more to be safe, but the result is the same. I don't know what to do now.

I've looked around on my profile, in the help guide and in my account settings, but can't seem to find the personal area option that lists these two payment options. Sorry for being a bother, but can you or someone give me a step by step method of getting to it?
