If you uninstall the existing program and install this new version it can solve the upgrade problem.
Anyway it contains all upgrades till Jan 9, 2020

The version updater tries to download the following file:

http://www.funnyadultgamesplay.com/versions/versioninfo.bin

If this file can be downloaded with your internet browser, then the connection seems to work fine. More info can be gained if you show the content of the file

upgrade_dir\versionupdate.log

from the main AChat directory.

I can see, the problem is the date format on your computer, which is: 06/10/2016 (uses '/' character)

Will be corrected in the next delivered exe file.

Hi,
it worked well on computers we have tried. Anyway we try to replace the '.' character with '_' to see if it helps.
If you cannot see the .jpg extension it is only because known extensions are hidden on your computer (it is a setting of Windows).

If you want to replace the music files in your AChat installation try the following:

1. Got to the main AChat directory and there open the sounds/music directory
2. The .ogg files are the music files. You can simply replace the ogg files with your own files but keeping the original file names, or add your files and edit the ogg_playlist.txt file according to your needs.

Important note from Eidamir:

The ogg file names must not contain space character(s).

I don't know why do you think the support team ignores the issue. I talked to the support team, and they said, they double check all requests coming from second E-mail addresses, just as you suggested. Full automation is not possible, as many users change their E-mail addresses during time, and we cannot simple ban users changing they E-mail addresses. Anyway the support team performs deep security check before fulfilling suspicious requests, and the support team informed also you about this procedure via E-mail.
