I think it is about time to tell the community what happened today.

We were hanging around in meeting place, and suddenly a user called "administrator" logged on. We went to him, and we had a little chat.

To sum it up:

The administration is aware of the problem, and they are working on it. They try to find a solution, but that needs some time.
Administrator: we keep banning stalkers and working on new solutions to lock them out
Administrator: the problem is he can create new users and banning all of them is not simple yet
Administrator: we need a few days, sorry, there is no immediate solution

He encouraged us to report the accounts and to put them on ignore on sight instead of arguing with them. Since there is no report button in MP, we go on collecting the data here and we will contact support via mail.
Administrator: please report bad users to the support
Administrator: please report to the support till better solution
Administrator: ignore stalkers immediately

We explained that the presence of the stalkers is annoying as well, that it's not only about their talk.
Administrator: I see, we are working on tools which can help
Administrator: and will give the bossibility to you to ban users like this
Administrator: no you will need no moderators you will see how it works in the near future

So, the administration is working on it - for us. Everyone, please don't start fighting with freaks like vikkee. Report them. Post their names here or forward them to us. We will forward it to support and they can take care of it. People like vikkee will not win. And by time we might have options to get rid of them instantly.

Thanks again to everyone who supports us, that includes the moderation and of course the administration of achat.

the following mail arrived me today, sent from achat support:

Hi,
the users were banned, but soulnlove is another person, so please warn him. Please keep reporting problems like this until we add more effective tools to ban users like this.

That means they took care of his accounts, and checked the suspicious ones, which seem to be not involved.
And again the hint that they are working on ways to get rid of people like vikkee easier.

Well when this one persons makes 9 different accounts to harass you it very hard to ignore.. let it happen to you, and yes how you would react. all i am saying, the ignore button only goes so far, in actually ignoring someone!

You can ignore people in mp, but they still can read YOUR chat and stand in your sight and annoy you. Besides that, when you are on instant, lets say dancing with your babe, you cannot ignore unless you stop your action. That freak made accounts within a minute to return and annoy people. He was terrorizing Lisa for days, until it even effected her health. To not feed and ignore trolls is easy said and of course the right way, yes...but this was far worse than just trolling. As said by others, even including himself, if he would have done this on other platforms, he'd be arrested in the meantime. We pay for being here, enjoying a time beside our real lifes, and we don't want have to deal with such people. What administrator and support are saying about future tools sounds promising though. And they are dealing with the issue.
