If every1 is a free user. Why should I have 2 pay? This girl knows history :) I cant block free users anymore. I'm supposed 2 help free users. I LUVED THE "BLOCK FREE  USERS"  If they want 2 chat with me. Pay 4 it. Pay for it. :) Socialism at its best! The people who pay. Run from life sucking users :(
I cant find away undo my CREDIT CARD anywhere from here.

Help! Achat. U created it. I run from it. I don't want to have 2 pay for free users in this game anymore. Most of them suck! Its a game. Right? Then play 2 play 4 them 2 :)

Give me a link to cancel my CREDIT CARD :(((((

You can block the nuisance free users individually by using your ignore button.

You cant block en-mass anymore but you can hang in New York where only people who reach a level 10 can venture inside.

You can cancel any payments at anytime by contacting your credit card company.   

If you have been charged by Achat since the free playing came into effect, contact support,  see above, and explain the situation. They will refund the charges that were wrongly actioned on your account.  My spouse and I were refunded.

Send your complaint to Support.  They are more likely to see it.  My ignore list is lengthy with those who pay and still are not worth my time.  Money spent doesn't mean a damn thing.

I fail to see why anyone would want to Ignore all free users in the first place. Surely experienced players should be welcoming and helping them rather than stereotyping because there are a few bad apples in every basket?

I was very grateful for the help of some lovely people back when I first joined and do my best to guide and help new users all I can now. I've met some really nice people by doing so who now occupy a welcome spot in my Friend list. I've also met some who want nothing more than to aggravate people, one that springs to mind being Moreno who has been here a while now and still hasn't a stitch of clothing and annoys people constantly with unwanted invites and pressing too close to other avatars. An annoyance, but no reason to assume that everyone that joins will behave this way.
Yes, there are new members that are disruptive, rude or simply a nuisance. Just as in the world. Use the Ignore button. Don't engage in a torrent of abuse like some do. Simply don't add fuel to the fire.
Very often what is perceived as bad behaviour from new users is lack of knowledge as to the mechanics of the game, expected etiquette and being in an unfamiliar environment. The last thing they need is to find they are Ignored, or worse, abused and humiliated. 
I recently entered Amsterdam at the same time as a new lvl0 female avatar. I said Hello and welcomed them to Achat. Her reply was that she was so embarrassed that everyone was clothed and she was naked, thinking that because this is a sex game she should spend the A$1000 given on joining on poses. A lack of information  resulting in a simple error. No reason to be placed on an Ignore list. Myself and my partner reassured her not to worry and gifted her some A$ to buy some clothes. She's now a valued friend and a very lovely person who would have been missed if there had been a blanket Ignore on free users.

My suggestion would be to revisit the idea of having Mentors to help new members as has been mentioned before in this forum.
At present people join and have very sparse information on how to proceed.  Add to that the fact that many players with some time served seem to think they are sonehow superior to new members and will be openly hostile to them and you have all the ingredients for destroying a community rather than building one.

So, Ateam, please review the idea of Mentors or provide some clear and very visible guidelines for those new to the game.

As to the Credit Card issue BBG, all I can suggest already has been. Contact Support and your card provider regarding a refund and ensuring no further payments are taken.

Thanks so much for your reply. I have canceled my membership. I already have over 30,000 Achat  $. The only reason I kept my membership was to block free users! If I wanted to :)

 But. I not socialist & I don't like my money away to free loaders. I will always help & donate if I see fit & have done irl also. Since I am not a paying customer anymore. That frees up more $ 4 me to buy irl for myself :) yes, this a cheap game & free users can spring for the 9.95 a month. That's all I'm saying. Shoes are expensive irl :) Now, achat has one less paying customer.

I wish I could play on xbox gold for free 2:)

No more reason for debate. Thanks a new un happy happy "free User"

How does Achat survive with ever1 being a free user? I liked the opportunity to block free users?

You could  start a campaign, set up a poll and see what our members think.
