Having and enjoying a positive life begins with finding the joy and positivity in the little things.  It is easy to get wrapped up in all the things that go wrong and they can appear to be more important and rule the mind and mood.  So lets start a habit of finding and noting the good things that happened during your day.

This is not the place to take joy out of anyone else's misfortune or to mock anyone else.  This is about you.

I saw the elk herd for the first time since the summer fires had ravaged my area while crossing through the pass this morning.

It brought a smile finally knowing they had survived.

My little resident Robin came to sing his Spring Song for me today.

So of course he was duly fed and watered as always.

It sounded similar to this   https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N8vArgAIOfE

Her kisses left something to be desired ... mmm ... the rest of her.

Spring is coming and the sun is out.

Snowdrops are blooming.

Dust blown over the UK from the Sahara Desert creates atmospheric skies (and means your car will need cleaning).

The dust is blown towards the UK from the desert that covers much of North Africa and makes for spectacular sunsets in the evening.

Strong winds over the desert can lift dust and sand high into the sky and can be blown as far as the UK.  It arrived in style.

It can give the sun a distinctive orange glow at sunrise and sunsets and this evening the moon was amazing.

It looked similar to this

Nature can be beautiful.
