A friend is hurting she has lost a sister, her heart is broken, her world in a twister. I know the despair that comes from such loss, it will require help from family, friend and cross.
A heart as caring n sensitive as that of my friend, will be hit especially hard and difficult to mend. I hurt knowing this, knowing there is little I can do, my words are inadequate, I offer my HUGS to you.
I cannot nor should I, want to take away your pains, deny you your grief, your sorrow, Mary Ellen’s remains. But I can be close; a shoulder to lean on, an ear to listen, arms to embrace you and some music for your reminiscing.
Remember her as she would want you too, celebrating the good, honor her through memory and keeping her in your heartwood. As time passes and heart n mind once again find inner peace, It will be LOVE that remains; the pain, sorrow and grief in release.
Until that day, take solace in knowing you are not alone, we are here for you, to catch you if you stumble, or simply write a poem.
My sympathies, my condolences, my prayers … You are in my thoughts tonight.
