Some FAQ:
I don't want to give any private details (height, weight…) You don't have to. If you want to lose weight, you even don't have to tell us how much.
I don't like running (biking, walking…) We only offer help and say, which kind of workouts have the best effect. You decide, what and how often you do it.
I'm not interested in any news about food/clean and healthy eating No problem, we won't mix several topics during the lessons. We also post here, what we're gonna talk about in each lesson.
I'm interested in infos about food (or just recipes, vitamins…) but don't want to do any kind of workouts. See my answer before. It's ok just to come to those themes, you're interested. Though we think, the best way is a mix of everything and strongly suggest to follow the program, it's not a duty.
I want to join the program completely, but can't come to all meetings. You will get a summary of everything we talk about (if you want). We're also thinking about repeating the lessons from time to time.
Do you coach and attend me? It's not a real personal coaching. But we try to guide you as much as you want, giving tips and answering your questions. Our goal is, that you are able to do your own workouts and know as much as possible about healthy food, sleep/relaxation and workouts.
How long are the lessons? We try to keep it short and simple. In about 45-60 minutes, dependent on the topic and if you have many questions
I'm not native english. No problem. We keep it simple and you can use translator for single words. If you're german, I also should be able to help :
