LOL what is the point of a custom collar if there is no name on it? And there are those of us who would happily pay extra for a name on it. The revenue being lost is unbelievable, from a business point of view.

Collars could be made to say many things. Not just names, but sub, slave, kitten, or just about anything. Can we add a matching leash?
