Usual this is a problem with your connection or firewall/anti-virus software. Make sure Achat client is allowed to get access.

internet connection is good and checked antivirus and firewall setting but still not working

dev, had yo try to set your antivirus to don't check AVChat folder!? maybe the problem is there! add AChat as exception and try to run it after that and let us know!

Hi dev08,
it seems you don’t have DirectX installed at all (although it is part of Windows these days). Please contact support for more instructions.
