Did you give someone your login data? Someone ingame or in the forum or anywhere else?

Maybe to someone who claimed to be an Admin or from support?

nope, today was better.. i managed to online and played for few hours before a disconnection of my internet cause me to be kicked out of the game and now i cant login again with the same error message.

I had this problem: username and password is incorrect
I log off, I might not be able to log in again and has the error message that my username and password is incorrect, I registered my username or password. I have not changed anything on my computer .. I have not given my password to anyone … plz need help 🙁

Did you have an update of your firewall or anti-virus software? Very often, AChat is noticed as malware. You have to allow AChat access to web.

I have exactly same problem. ( cannot enter/ login impossible/did not forget nor loose pw)
Wrote 3 times to achat.
Nobody is answering. Is support not working in weekends?
Is there an alternative way to contact achat?
Appreciate your help.

You are a prime member or you a free user?

Second
Haw many Free user you have?

If you have no paid prem Member you can only make one free user at same time. If you hafe more relog will failed

If you are a paying prime user u kann have so many free user you want to.

I have three avatars .
i wrote 4 mails / 3 yesterday and 1 today.
2 avatars are working
1 I registered ( montly payment) and 2 are paid via A$ transfers.
I see that somebody used the account today. At least it moved in the list.
I can give you my other avatars and mail address if you want
