i can see a marriage certificate, and maybe even a pregnant look, but seriously, child birth and a child?  in a sex game?  and just what do you do with the child after its born?  does it stay in the room while your having more sex?  or does it just stand in another room?  no to child birth and children. 

I know some people have “pregnant sex” fantasies, but, children in a scene like this is just disgusting and bordering on pedophilia.
