What I find intriguing, looking at Tangoracer's list for the MF version, if he is correct, is that there are 6 more actions in the MS version.

M has 2 more – Enjoy (which is really only a pleasure face) and Rub with Legs
S has 4 more than F – Rub Nipple, Fondle back, Kiss Ass and Jerk Cock

…and it is only the last of those which is peculiar to gender and the S version could just as easily have had schlik instead of fap.
