It could be done, but its not as easy as simply redesigning an existing room. but as I said I'd pay more for an outdoor pose, and so would a lot of people.

Outdoor poses to use in the outdoor room:  From behind using a picnic bench or fallen tree.  Nearly all of the 'bed' poses can be done on the grass or sand.  At the wall using a tree.
