Hiya's…

  Not neckties… SHOES …  get the uv map for shoes.  Then make boudoir shoes and flip-flops and cowboy / cowgirl boots…. but do the Boudoir Shoes first.  If I could figure it out, I would do it… it looks so easy… use the mules… take the bunny tail and mangle it a bit, then color it to match… stick it on the mule and BINGO!  Boudoir Shoes.

unclear in my words, my silent expression of hope was, we would get access to all uv-maps that are used in the game (I expect there will be a lot)
What should be realised is, that for boudoir shoes, we'd need a seperate uv map. This has to do with the 3 dimensions. The mule has a flattened surface and doesn't allow anything to 'stick out', putting the bunny tale on top of it would make the tail flat. For instance: a bowler hat couldn't be created on the uv-map of a cowboy hat.

The designers would love to get their hands on more uv-maps, so we can design things that you are requesting. But since this adventure has only been at the start of the journey, I think they will take their time before they will release more maps.

Patience has always been the keyword for ACaht and requested developments..

  Thank you for your explaination, Tight…  I can see now that the designing process is a lot more complicated than I thought.  Which makes me even more amazed at all the things that have been created in AChat.  Maybe once all the designer's fashions have been offered for sale in the shop, and proven successful, then maybe they will release more of the uv-maps to you.

Question for TightFit — With the feet of the female avatars fitted for shoes with heels, wouldn't it be imposible to have flat shoes like flip-flops, without having a complete revamp of the feet to a flat profile?  I mean look at a bare avatar, they look like there on tip-toes.  I think this would be a  monumental task to offer two different styles of feet for the avatars.  I just hope that there are more shoes coming, with the available foot type, for those that want different types.  And who doesnt want more shoes, and dresses, and pants, and stockings, ………  etc.

I'm not an expert on the matter, but the avatars are made to meet at a certain height. the girl is, like most girls are, not as tall as the male avatar. But to make certain poses possible (standing from behind, etc.) she needed to be raised.

If she was to stand on flat shoes, or just bare feet touching the floor, she would be smaller and it would reprogramming of a lot of poses. All poses where she stands. The game would need to load either of two possibilities, to accompany her choice of shoes. I think that would be a huge task and would dramatically slow gameplay. In 3somes it would mean an even bigger effort.

The only possibility I see, is to play with the body length of the female avatar, but that would limit the choices. Either a tall ava with flat soes nly, or a shorter avatar that tip toes around on bare feet..

If anyone else can add or have contrary ideas..

If we had the right maps availablwe, I am sure we could get close to either examples of Pafe or Christinak. Though an exact map would be better, Jeanona showed that it's possible to make a furry texture. It might not look as fluffy as the boudoir shoes in the pics, but close enough hopefully to meet ms Pafe's desire..

If only we had those maps… *sigh*
