May I make a suggestion to show mass disapproval of this player as he seems to thrive on the attention, negative or not and in conversing with him we are ensuring he achieves his goal by successfully causing disruption and upset.

I have tried talkng to him,  have tried to reason with him and he has broken all agreements and promises.

THERE IS NO REASONING OR BARGAINING WITH THIS PLAYER. HE IS A LIAR AND HIS GOAL IS TO CAUSE DISRUPTION & UPSET.

The actions to take are needed to be taken by everyone who encounters him.  I mean EVERYONE for it to work.

1. Place him on ignore. Do not converse with him in anyway.
2. Turn your back on him and continue you conversations with your friends facing away from him.
3. Every time time he moves or tries to get in your face, show him your back.
4. Everyone must do it. Everyone needs to remain strong and No one should break ranks on this.
5. We all need to work together to show, in Achat, we will not tolerate this behaviour.

My friends & I are putting him and his alts on ignore and showing him our backs. We do not allow him to interrupt our conversations and  carry on as though he is not there.
