It is with heavy heart that I post on this thread.
In the past I have tried to bring some semblance of peace to the game. Only to have both sides of this argument point fingers at the other and refuse to bring meaningful dialog to the table.
In the past I thought that any harm that Julie and Tomo brought to the game was simply misunderstandings and personal feelings. Until I was used by Tomo n Julie to bring harm to others I care about in the game. Yes my actions in the ensuing conflict helped to fuel the conflict rather then dissipate the anger and frustration.
For those that only have kind words for Tomo n Julie, I pray u are never used by these 2 and have your trust betrayed. From my interactions with them they have no interest in peaceful coexistence.

I’m not involved in the argument, but I’ve been here a long time. This is a public forum — anyone can reply. Nobody gets to tell others they’re ‘not welcome’ just for disagreeing. And even on an adult site, Dropping explicit ASCII art in the middle of an argument isn’t helping anything — it’s just making the situation worse.

If anyone has actual proof of something, that’s for the devs to look at.

You can’t claim ToS violations just because someone replied and you don’t agree with what they said. Let’s stop trying to shut people out and keep the thread within the site’s terms.

You have offered an honest—and what appears to be a truthful—critical opinion.
However, you state “Only to have both sides of this argument point fingers at the other and refuse to bring meaningful dialog to the table.” you may not be aware that this situation has been brought to the table multiple times, with multiple witnesses. There have been several attempts at dialogue and “peace deals” between myself and Tomoeko. At one point, I even hugged her and told her that I loved her, STILL!
She herself even expressed surprise that I still felt that way after everything that had happened. and tomoeko was right, how I could set aside my self-respect and forgive actions against me that were witnessed by others, shes corrupting everyone that walks through the achat doors against me, against Z, and a number of people THAT YOU KNOW SHELLA, and you hold it against me for looking out for your friends, my friends, the best interest of those yet to arrive on achat and trying to shine a lite for Achat Admin to take appropriate steps that i recommend the Removals of those being disruptive (i think we see clear evidence of few that are here in this forum post alone) and if i am one that is to be removed, then find delete my account and i will honestly never come back if admin feel this because im SICK to the back teeth of this nonsense, i just want it to STOP.

Individuals with no relation to group even repeatedly inform me that after each peace agreement—typically within 48 hours, and often within less than 24—Tomoeko escalates further. This escalation includes name-calling, slander, or assaults on other players within the game, its not about its about EVERYONE your ALL at risk of being targeted by tomoeko and julie_M typically tomoeko its all directed by HER admin will see that with investigations.

Im only bloody human, I have limits to what I can tolerate, and I believe it is reasonable to understand why I am now reluctant to continue engaging in dialogue under these circumstances, just LOOK above in these comment, how can you reason with what appears to be CHILDREN in a dicky fit narcissistic rage. and look, where is tomoeko, shes sent everyone to do her dirty work, shes USING YOU ALL!

If you review the comments above, you will see the arrogance and name-calling directed toward me, contrasted with the composure I have consistently tried to maintain. I have also been clear—both here and directly with the Admin team—that I am not innocent in this situation. I have retaliated and violated Terms of Service, obviously i have i am human and down right sick of it! After repeated provocation, anyone would eventually crack under this behavior.

This is not a matter of me being unwilling to change. The core issue lies with Tomoeko and the narrative she is pushing—specifically, an attempt to displace “Z” from the top position(and yet, there is no top spot of achat, Z earned his respect, tomoeko is clearly trying to force it upon herself) and assume the role of what she refers to as “the mother of all AChat”. What I am witnessing resembles an effort to establish a cult-like dynamic, using force and manipulation. This has resulted in significant pushback—not only from me, but from others as well—because these tactics are being observed and experienced by the community, including the behavior you mentioned witnessing yourself, which is new information to me.
