There is no hair pulling poses as of yet, though this might change with our members now becoming pose creators.
The issue I believe is with the different hair styles so getting that grab hair action just right, may prove a challenge. There are a few poses that have a grab head and grab neck which can be just as exciting and role playing a hair pull can work in the moment.
There is a standing “Forced Doggy” pose available in MF ; FF & FS but NOT an anal variation in MS ; MM OR SS
The arms in this pose are pulled back as described by the OP.
Cumming is able to be squirted in most actions now with the excitement metre or slider.
There are also a few selections of 69 poses, though the disparities between couples is vast as shown. MF have the 69 and Reverse 69.
In MFF there are two poses that fit the criteria of fucking and licking but an FF 69 and pussy or butt fuck would be a great addition too.
There is an MFF 69 pose but is more a voyeurs dream as the man is wanking over the girls
