Yes, it's the current version you're running.

I don't know about the editor, maybe they are doingsome changes – we will ask them for more infos

Just checked it again:
The clothes editor is working.

Start AChat – don't login – goto “user created contents” (right side, the puzzle-button) – then choose “Start Cloth Editor”
