Dude I understand where you coming from, but remember like life you have to filter out the assholes to find the diamonds.  I have met plenty of really cool, good, funny as hell, an compassionate ppl here.  I had to go threw alot of pain in the asses to find them, an the friends that I have made on here made it worth it.  Its patients babes, patients.

Max honey… it's not just guys… one of my favorite AChat stories is my first ignore.

A guy hailed me and I started talking (as long as I'm not busy I tend to, unless I'm logging on just to check messages) and when he started showing he wanted to go to a room I tried to explain I wasn't interested. When I tried to explain to him I was gay and didn't room with men he started insisting I fuck him with my toys.

He managed to get in this long, and frankly sort of upsettingly angry message to me while I figure out how that “ignore” thing worked.

If I let guys like him determine my feelings towards AChat I would have never been able to have Lover as a friend or Sinnnn as a lover (deliberate play on words there  ).

For whatever my word is worth, it's worth it to find the diamonds.

Well I think the format could be improved.  Better chat features, common chat rooms that feature common interests would make it easier to find people to socialize with.  For example I've met a few people who are ONLY into 3somes.  Why not make a 3some room, then people interested in that activity will be in there.  Same goes for same sex rooms, opposite sex rooms, etc.  The idea is so simple why can't it be executed.  Ateam are you working on this?  That would make the game a LOT more enjoyable than just a few new poses.

I have to say I agree with most people here: finding anything “meaningful” (in quotes cause my definition of meaningful may not match yours, screw Webster's dictionary  ) takes time and effort.

I noticed in your post  you say you are an “off again, on again” user…..I have found that logging a few hours a day, even with no results, makes finding a person you can talk to hours on end and not get bored/tired all the more sweet and savory.

I will admit, I have had several days where I'm on for 3+ hours with no conversations or invites….and there are other days where I have a 4 hour conversation within 15 min of logging on.

Hang in there man. I wish I could give you the “end all, be all” “quick fix”, but I can't. Just try to have fun.

GRRRRR once more I was out of internet connection for more than an hour today. Has happened much too often lately and my connection is as lame as a duck.   There has to be some sort of etiquette. I can't see how some people actually get any action here when they act as they do.  It might turn some people on been called a Slut, Bitch or Whore. Not ME. My opinion, those who can't be nice or least show some respect here, also don't do it in RL. They're stupid idiots and a wannabe, hiding behind the screen, playing the strong man (or woman). There is a big ignore-button for them. More they don't deserve!
