                perineum

                noun, plural perinea
                [per-uh-nee-uh]
                Anatomy.
                1. the area in front of the anus extending to the fourchette of the vulva in the female and to the scrotum in the male.
                2. the diamond-shaped area corresponding to the outlet of the pelvis, containing the anus and vulva or the roots of the penis.

There are a number of American slang terms commonly used for this area of the human body, such as “taint” and “choad”.

I asked myself if there are other synonyms as '”taint” or “choad” because they seem to have a negative connotation? In German besides the anatomical term “Perineum” it is simply called “Damm” which is pretty neutral as other meanings are just “sea wall, dike, dam, anicut”.
What may be the Brit's synonyms?

                  Two words today :

The supine position means lying horizontally with the face and torso facing up, as opposed to the prone position, which is face down.
