hi Adelaide, welcome to forum.

If you get an answer in a couple of hours .. that’s really lucky and unusual.
They can take weeks to answer on occasions.
Mostly members help each other out if its a query about the game but development issues such as poses and clothes need to be answered direct by Achat.

As well as sending your query to their email, also send a copy to “Support” then hopefully you will be answered by a member of staff who is covering, if the person you emailed is on holiday.

Well they did respond within a week with a non helpful question regarding my blue screen “loading” issue when I try and enter Amsterdam but it did take two emails to support to get a response, I can’t believe no one else doesn’t get this problem, I have installed Achat on 3 laptops now and get the same problem so it’s very consistent

Hi Michelle,
I have several little niggles with Achat lately which I know is Achat not me, as some days are fine.

I have taken awhile to load a public room, greeted with the blue loading screen and promptly crash out the game. A reboot seems to fix it for a while.
and
I have a lights out in public rooms several times and it has happened once in private… everything is black except the chat box and names.

All seem to happen for no reason and also clear for no reason.
When it gets too bad, we have another place to go.

I think their Servers / Game are unstable at the moment because of the updates they are completing or preparing. Sometimes, it works a treat, other days are not so good.
Just keep reporting these issues weekly to support and publish their answer here. This is so other members are made aware in case they develop the same problems.

Hiya Vaughan, I think the black screen you can solve by minimising and maximising Achat and lights turn on, there are many Free 3DX alternatives best not discussed here, I have written to Achat in desperation asking them to freeze my account as I don’t want to pay for this crap, I see my friends online and in Amsterdam and can’t visit them, I be always on discord as stated on my profile. Can discuss many things there on Achat friends to although we do need more ladies to join
