“Bans are reserved for serious situations, like racist provocation, threats, or encouraging hatred. Please report anything like that so we can take action.”

That makes it unclear whether the current report was reviewed and determined not to meet the threshold, or whether it is being treated as though it was not reported at all. I’d appreciate clarification on how this specific report was evaluated.

I, along with other players, followed the guidance provided by administration, specifically: “report anything like that so we can take action.” We have done exactly that. Reports were submitted in the manner described and included available evidence.
