mmm, now that i think on it…….Patricia, when you request the card, you must had receive some documentwith code to use the card….try to check if the “CVV2” code is on them! or uif not, try to ask where you get your card! maybe they can explain how to have it!

this cards are like this in portugal, i never had numbers in the back of it ,NEVER.

If you take the card in a bank, go there and ask them and take with you all the document they release to you……maybe they can help you! if they don't have any “CVV2” for that card, nothing can be done……

I never had problems buying things online with this card!!!
The only problem is Achat,until they do something bout this!!!!

The problem still remains!!!!! At least for residents in Portugal
